Fabulous hotel, charming, calm and relaxing. We travelled mid August, it was cool and a great escape from the heat.

The staff is amazing and helpful. They greet you when Yo winter and bid you farewell when you leave. The hotel is adorable and absolutely clean. Bed is very comfortable. There is a patio for dining or lounging. The pool is great for those hot days. Highly recommend!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the traditional Spanish feel of the decor and layout of the hotel. Lots of different indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy, drinks, breakfast or relax. Our room had everything you needed and the decor was lovely and it was very clean. The location was great, very quiet but walkable to restaurants, bars and all the main historical attractions. With our vip access we received a bottle of cava which was delicious. Perfect sized roof top pool and sun terrace. The food and drinks were great!
The only things that let it down was our bed in our room was so small and the mattress was broken on one side, so didn’t get a good night sleep for the 4 nights we were staying, it was mentioned to reception but nothing was done to sort the problem. The roof top terrace decor was a little dated and tired, and didn’t reflect the rest of the hotel style and comfort. The breakfast I feel was a little over priced by the size of the hot food portion.
Apart from that we had a lovely stay. And would recommend staying here :)

The Hotel was just perfect , from check in we were shown on a map the local area to visit , our room was beautiful with an amazing comfortable bed , We only had breakfast on the first day which was just perfect sittiing in the little court yard with orange trees . Staff were very friendly .We will definatly be back soon and thank you for mkingb our stay such a memorable one ,Andrew/Michelle

As I was ill- not the hotels fault! - I didn’t see much beyond a very comfortable room. The facilities looked great and the design is charming, excellent location and a good bed. But the temperature was hard to regulate and the room service poor for such a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, we first stayed here 20 years ago and very pleased to stay again. Super friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfasts. Great location for Seville’s main attractions plus some of its best bars and restaurants.

A lovely hotel full of character. Delightful staff who were very helpful. Comfy beds and quiet environment.
Delicious food. The tasting menu was great. NOt sure that the flamenco performance that went with it was the best but certainly was a good introduction to Spanish culture on our first night.

Second visit to this hotel, first time was 8 years ago and it hasn’t changed - still a very special place for my wife and I. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the overall ambiance is very peaceful. Will keep trying to return in future.

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel and they were extremely helpful when I was unwell and needed a doctor so I am very grateful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the rooftop pool area briefly, although it is small, it has a bar service which is nice. Would prefer that others were not allowed to inflict their music choices on everyone else via Bluetooth speakers however. Sometimes you just want to lie in the sun and read a book!

An absolutely wonderful property. It was a respite in the hot summer months in Sevilla. The rooms are spacious and offer all the comforts you need in a modern life but with aesthetics that honor history. Breakfast is wonderful and has so many delicacies on offer. The service is even better than the food or the rooms. It is a wonderful and beautiful place - we cannot wait to go back.

The staff at the property are beyond amazing. We received several perks on arrival- a bottle of champagne and spa services. We do not drink and had a full itinerary that did not allow us any time to utilize the services, but we appreciated the gesture.
The issue is the overall condition of the hotel which despite being beautiful, our room had a problem with ants. We had several insects bites from staying there 3 nights - I could not tell if it was from mosquitoes or from ants. We did find ants on our bed every day. Wish we could say that we would stay again but the next time we are in Seville, we will opt for another location.

Lovely hotel friendly staff .. good breakfast.. Roof terrace is small and pool tiny ..Can walk to all major sites in Seville but you will get lost coming back but that’s how you see all the lively back streets of Seville .. loved it .

The room doors are very impractical and noisy. No place to bring a stroller into the building. Carrying baby and stroller up the stairs. Dangerous and inconvenient. Is it legal?

This is a historic hotel in the City Center. Very Spanish. Good location, difficult to find but walkable to historic sites around the city. There is oan oddly nice and tranquil pool and spa area on the rooftop floor. That was the highlight of the hotel for us. Staff was accommodating. The reason for the “3”overall rating is only because the price was a little high and we had to pay another 40 euros to get a rollaway bed in the room.

Really nice hotel with a fantastic character. Large bedroom, immaculately clean. Walking distance to the centre attractions. Rooftop terrace and pool were a welcome rest late afternoons.

The whole thing was excellent on every level. The only niggle I would mention was that the air con in the room wasn’t working - because of the time of year. For some reason outside summer months, the system can only heat rooms, and in the summer it will cool them. The staff provided a fan though that did help, and we could just open the door for 5 minutes which did the trick

Las Casas del Rey the Baeza is a wonderfully charming hotel an easy walk from almost every sight in Seville. It has a rooftop swimming pool that was the hub of social interaction for the guests in the early evening. The staff could not be friendlier and the breakfast spread was generous and of very high quality. Given these high marks why not give it the highest rating? Because while it claims to have air conditioning they fail to tell you that it is available only during the hot season, which I assume they consider it to be the official summer months. Unfortunately for us, Seville was very hot and humid during our visit on March 9-12 and our room, as charming as it was, literally became a sauna at the end of the day even with all the windows open and door cracked. Our pleas to turn the A/C on were referred to “Don Pablo,” who obviously did not deem them worthy of a response.

Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza provided a wonderful, relaxing base during our recent stay in Seville. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location but is still very convenient for sightseeing. The typical Spanish style of the architecture gives the hotel a special quality.While small, the pool area was relaxing and a pleasant oasis from a hot Seville. The hotel, in general, provided a delightful refuge. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return.

We stayed with our grown up daughters and son in law and had a really fantastic holiday at the hotel and enjoyed Seville despite some overcast weather.
Location: slightly out of the centre of the old city, but easily walkable to all areas, the benefit was an extremely quiet and peaceful stay with no city noise
Staff: really lovely and friendly staff without exception, could not fault their care and attention
Room: clean and well appointed, could have been a little more space for putting away clothes (drawer space), but a minor point
Food: we had excellent breakfasts and a meal one evening which was very reasonably priced and the service was extremely good
Conclusion: no faults, would stay again any day and would recommend to anyone visiting Seville
