Hotel is readily accessible from I-5. Beds very comfortable. Area very quiet with several dining options close by. Only suggestion would be some updating to room, especially bathroom area. Happy that this hotel is pet friendly

The property have bugs i went to tell the front desk and all they did was change rooms . I called to be compensated but the. Was told I didn’t tell the staff, I have photos of the bugs as well.

Staff was friendly. Room was overall comfortable. It got warm in the night and the air conditioning wouldn’t kick off. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles. The hot tub was lukewarm, the sauna was barely warm and the steam room had and odd smell. Kids didn’t seem to mind and had a good time.

We always have a great time when we stay Here. Enjoy the half indoor half, outdoor hot tub. And the breakfast is very nice. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. And the staff is always nice.

Limited parking and vending machine out of order, washer and dryer is a positive

We couldn't check in because this hotel requires a deposit to be paid before you stay. The deposit is charged separately and cannot be put on a credit card online.

The elevator was out of service. Loud surroundings.

Uber got us around the first few days...here to see a grandson play bball for Stockton Kings. Ended up renting a car...very cheap. We are within walking distance of a Walgreens and a little shopping mall but no real restaurants that appeal to us. Breakfast is included but after that, you have to go to Stockton. We are trying a Peruvian restaurant here though. no review of that.

The rooms are extremely nice. Very modern furniture and bedding. Updated decor. Breakfast was great. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool/hot tub, but they looked very clean. Stayed 3 nights.

The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. We ended not staying the full time because of how dirty the room was, the shower plumbing was a mess, the outlets didn’t work, etc.. But I was very appreciative of the staff and their willingness to work with me and my dissatisfaction.

Suite room is good spacious and comfortable bed ill like ot visit again .

Close to the freeway. Parking spaces are narrow and tight. Some guests were smoking inside the building, it smelled like weed There was a puddle of fluid in the elevator floor, it might be dog urine. Breakfast was below average, did not even have potatoes.

The property is not located without walking distance of eating places that we would be interested in. The room was great, comfortable bed, quiet, very nice breakfast.

I really liked the staff customer service and the peace and quiet was really nice, it made the stay very enjoyable I plan to stay there again.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed parking lot had partying biker's all hours of the night staff was very rude and inconsiderate just over all bad place the hot tub was the only good thing about it

Everything was quite average. The lady at front desk was king enough to have me checked in before 2PM. My only huge dislike was the bed, for some reason the pillows were just so uncomfortable I had hard time trying to sleep. Breakfast was actually very decent. Good place to stay a night or 2 for business or passing along.

We had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

If you have any kind of back issues do NOT stay at this hotel. The beds are as hard as concrete and the staff is utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic. I laid down on this old hard excuse for a mattress and immediately my hips and back were in pain. I asked for a different room - they said no. I asked for a rollaway bed - they said no. I asked for extra pillows to try and make a pillow bed on the mattress - they said no. I asked if there was *any* way they could help - they said no! It was late and I had been driving all day but I simply left and went to the Holiday Inn Express down the street, which had a perfectly normal bed and I slept fine. Then the next day when the manager came back on duty, I asked for a refund, and...they said no. Don't waste your money wrecking your body trying to sleep here, just stay somewhere else!

This Hotel is great in all areas. The cleanliness is top notch and the breakfast was great too!!

Very nice, comfortable and right off the freeway. Room was a great size and COOL when we walked in from a 101* day. Slight problem with a fire alarm issue (no fire) which stopped the elevators from working the next day but Things like this happen.
