Paid 185 euro for 1 night in business trip.
The room that they offered was a tiny room on top floor that u had to walk through stairs to reach. Furniture was really bad and the feeling was like a time travel, I believe that those rooms was sealed since 1980. The room was really noisy and could not understand the reason as it was on top floor.
Keep in mind that I am a Gold Member of Expedia and I travel a lot . The personnel was really rude and didn’t accept to change rooms even if we ask to pay more money for that . Next day we had a chat with the manager and was even more rude and annoyed. It doesn’t even worth it to give more details.

Super hot (but tiny) shower and lovely breakfast were highlights. Staff was unresponsive to requests and concerns such as inability to control heat. Direction to cool stifling hot room was to open our ground floor window.

Dominic in particular but everyone in general was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. Very close to everything in old town including the S bahn (subway)

Our stay at Hotel Concorde was great. The location is conveniently walkable in under 10 minutes to the subway/train/tram station of Isartor and the shopping district near Marienplatz. The room had everything needed with a comfy bed, good aircon and the shower was powerful. Continental breakfast was included with our standard double room and the dining space was clean and staff were responsive to bringing coffee and clearing plates. If you are looking to explore Munich with ease and comfort, Hotel Concorde is the ideal place to stay.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was that it was quite warm outside and the A.C. in our room was broken on a Saturday and wasn't fixed until Monday which was the day we checked out.

We booked a superior room and was given a substandard room,mumber117 was not a superior room with a cracked sink and no carpet,booked a car park space went out for the day come back no spaces and tried to charge us

Pros : staff were amazing and made sure to let me know about VIP services I could receive. Cons: parking was included in my stay, however it was very difficult to find and the surrounding areas was full of construction and road closures. Overall stay was good.

This truly is a 3 star hotel not 4. My room was like a dorm room in a college building. There is nothing special about this hotel and really felt below any 4 star expectation.

Very quaint hotel. Great location. Staff was excellent! It was our first night in Germany and Dominic told us sights not to miss and explained how things worked around town. Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Arrived at Concorde about 11:00 after an overnight flight and to our surprise the room was ready and they let us check in. Their check in time is 3:00 so this was so nice. They also upgraded our room and because we booked on Hotels/Expedia they gave us a late checkout.
The room was clean and modern. It appeared to be completely renovated recently.
The hotel is in a great area close to shopping, restaurants and attractions.
Last but definitely not least the included breakfast is incredible. If I’m ever back in Munich I will definitely stay at the Concorde.
