Hotel confortável, limpo, atendimento ótimo, localização muito boa, foi ideal para nós que precisávamos passar uma noite em SP próximo a um evento familiar.

The hotel is located in a nice area of the city. The hotel is wellcoming, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful of goodies. It was a pleasant stay!

Great hotel, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. Great gym with all you need to keep up with your workouts. Pool was great too even for laps. Breakfast was great with bacon, eggs, tons of fruits, and cook to order omelets and tapiocas. Thursday mornings they close the street in front for a farmers market and you must try the pastel there! Great for people working remotely as they have a coffee shop right in front of the hotel as well.

Great crew but not all that for the money charged. Lacks outlet adaptor and internet is awfully slow. The surroundings is absolutely great and safe. Great restaurants and you can get anything you need with waking distance. Worthy after all

Great stay and good location! The only qualm was the loud planes every morning going over top. Not much the hotel can do about that.

Nice low-key option in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good with plenty of hot-cold choices. Pool is okay. Rooms could stand a renovation, but they are decent and clean. Would stay again.

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 5 years but I have noticed a decrease in room quality, such as old furniture, issues with window opening, toilets that clog easily, loose handles and bad fixtures. However, it is still very comfortable and you can't beat the location. One important recommendation: If your check-out is during the weekend or if you are in a rush, don't forget to ask for express check-out so you can leave the hotel just by dropping your key in a box instead of being in a very long queue and risk missing your transportation or being late for whatever is next in your trip (especially keeping Sao Paulo's unpredictable traffic in mind). You won't be able to get express check-out if you don't sign up for it during check-in.

Location was excellent, staff was not very friendly and helpfull

Good location. Rooms arre comfortable. Nice buffet for breakfast and good dishes in the restaurant. The taxi station just in front the entrance is convenient. Would be nice if people at the reception would speak english or spanish.

I was at the Mercure SP Vila Olímpia for just one night. The junior suite was large and very clean. But it looked a bit dated and aged. Maybe a reform or some upgrades could be done in a near future. The bed was large, firm and very good, with excellent goose pillows. All in all, a good rest on a short night. Good place to book and stay.

Short stay in this hotel. the room has a great view of the city. Room was clean very comfortable and ample space for three adults.

Nice hotel friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms. We reserved a room for three people the third person was in a access small room even with bathroom.

The hotel is very clean and has everything needed for a good stay ( some coffee and tea along with the kettle could make it better). Good staff. It is easy to walk to many places from the hotel. I would certainly return and recommend it!!!

Average business hotel in São Paulo. Nothing special or luxurious.

Its a little oasis, perhaps slightly over priced, in the heart of the vila olympia , a rather decent part of southwest SP. The photos presented on expedia do not do the property justice,m as it is much cleaner and prettier in person. Certainly, the only reason you would be there is probably to visit family or on business, and it is the only option in the immediate area. as such; l the price is agreeable as there is no other options. Still , a solid location, internet is fast and reliable, the staff were super sweet. I forget the name of one, but she was the sweetest receptionist I've ever dealt with.

The air conditioner and the fridge make a lot of noise

the hotel is ok, it's under reforms so it's trying to get updated. it has a nice swimming pool, not a splash pool, but a half olympic swimming pool (25m), suitable for excercizing while u r on your business trip, clean and shallow (1.25m in the deepest end) The rooms are ok, a bit outdated decoration, noisy A/C and not very comfy beds, too jumpy for my taste. Breakfast is not included, so i didnt try their room service as well. There are lots of places u can have some coffee close by. Anyway, the rate per night paid in Expedia was really a small fraction of their listed price (so this is a big plus for expedia).

Hotel doe NOT change Dollars to Reals at front desk. Help is kind. Locations is not that great. Taxis have trouble finding the street

It is a 10 - 15 minutes taxi drive from Ibirapuera, which was the reason why I choose the hotel as the event I went to, took place there. The area has very good restaurants, is very safe and taxis are very easy to get. The bedroom was ok, clean and comfortable, the only thing I really didn't like was a little noise of the AC that randomly happened. It is definitely not a leisure hotel, but is a very good option for business travel and also, not expensive compared to some other options near by.

Vila Olimpia Mercure is among the smallest room hotels that I ever stayed, for the priced charged, consider staying in Mercure Moema, around the double the space and much less money

It is a perfect to place to stay. It is close to everything and in the middle of the most important restaurants, nightclubs, clubs, malls, etc. The hotel is a bit pricy, but it is ok for the location.
