Not good. Drapes came off the track, washcloths were not replaced, bathtub was dangerous to step into, no refund for daughter not coming on the trip due to medical reason

The location of the hotel is not bad - near the metro, but there are no shopping centers, stores, etc. in the area. The rooms are quite large, but they lack minimal things that should be in a hotel that gives the impression that it has 4 stars! The hotel has an open back entrance and anyone can enter without any security. really not sure.

Hotel is mostly used for business travelers. Cleanliness was an issue . Shower drain clogged , and when reported front desk staff didn’t seem to care

Very safe

Good property in Schwabing area. Very convenient access to U-bahn that gets you to town centre in 15 minutes. Closer to the airport with the Lufthansa Express bus service dropping very close by.

On 2 days of my visit, there was no coffee powder put in my room. Otherwise no problems.

Large rooms

Absolutely beautiful! The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The only advice I would give is to ask for a room not located over the entrance if you’re a non-smoker and you want to enjoy the balcony or leave your windows open. The taxi drivers and employees smoke right outside the entrance regularly.

Nice hotel, catering to business travelers and families alike. Staff was professional. A little far from City center but the nearby park is beautiful and access to the metro makes getting around easy. Slight smell of moss in the closets but room was spacious and overall very clean.

Excellent staff. Thought the restaurant was pricey & selection was limited.

Nice Hotel, not in the right place for me. Restaurant not the best but the food was fine.

The air conditioning did not work on all of the 4 days that I was there. I was given different answers from the front desk - ranging from they did not have ac but only ventilation, or it’s cold outside why do you need the ac? - turning the ac fan on to full made it rattle, called the front desk and was told they will look into it - reminded them that evening and was told all our airconditioners make noise. Was asked to sleep with the windows open - my room was just above their garbage bay where the garbage truck showed up every morning at 6:00 - very noisy. My room is also above a supermarket loading bay where at 7 they re-stocked supplies for the supermarket. Blankets were not clean. Housekeeping other than that was good. Front desk staff - some were very polite and nice - others just seemed indifferent or dis-interested. Check out was ok they goofed up on my laundry bill and charged me for for the washing my suits instead of ironing - at first was told that they probably did wash them and I’m like my form was filled out by the front desk for just ironing them. Resolved but not a good experience. I’ve stayed here 7-8 times before and I don’t remember it being this bad. Will definitely not be staying here again.

This is a solid choice for a modern, relatively well priced hotel in a nice neighborhood near the U Bahn. It would have been a bit nicer to be a touch more centrally located, but it is steps away from public transportation and the Lufthansa Airport Bus.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Munich. I was amazed at the quality and location for an affordable price. Rooms are amazing. Very tasteful and modern. Mattress was by far the most comfortable one during my visit to Europe.

The morning buffet was excellent. The staff was very friendly. Sometimes staff answers to questions were very vague and unhelpful. The sauna was only opened after 6pm during the evening.

The room was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The balcony was a little small but I didn´t have the time to try it out.

Hotel good, modern and clean. Located next to the subway U6 which was very convenient for access to central Munich. Stay was very pleasant but breakfast was too expensive £25 for limited fayre.

Good location quiet .There are restaurants around hotel, grocery shop, baker. Metro underground in corner…

- less staff at the front desk, long waiting time. - asked for a non-allergic pillow. Nothing available, I had to care about myself (I'd expect the hotel/service would care about considering the level of hotel category and price). - condition of shower not good: Ceiling needs renovation, the whole shower system has to be replaced: Rain shower not working good, faucet picked up. - staff in the breakfast room not very friendly (except the front agent), no "good morning" and/or "good-bye" from the staff. - Quality and choice of breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms Inc tea making facility and a small fridge, nice clean bathroom with walk in rain shower. Small but adequately equipped gym. Hotel within 3-5 minutes walk of the nearest underground statiin

Very clean hotel and room, excellent breakfast choice, friendly and helpful staff, good transport links nearby, nice and quiet night time, will definitely be choosing this hotel next time I’m in Munich.

It was all great, but if i may suggest something is to consider making the check in time a bit earlier
