This was a great place to stay. Stay was extremely helpful and very kind. Daniel was the best as well as the day time staff woman. Only thing I think can be better is the shower hot water stayed cold. Needed to get maintenance and the bathroom smelled on urine.

Loved the quaint boutique style hotel. Elevator worked fine and our room AC was on point! Welcome bottle of water. We had a small fridge to store our waters and fruit we bought from Fran Prix. Had to pay $75 tax on departure that Expedia did not mention but not the hotel’s fault. We stayed four nights in a one bedroom suite.

Like the location. The hotel is super outdated. Everything is covered in fabric—walls included. You feel the “ick” as soon as you walk in. You feel the could have the bed in your ribs. I wouldn’t dare to sit on the furniture. Stains on carpet. Ripped and stain fabric on walls. The website photos must’ve been taken ages ago. Had to rewash the coffee mugs because they smelled like they were wiped with a mildewed rag. Was told that we’d get a refund of $300 for the upgrade to the top floor suite after I had a horrible allergic reaction to the room after a half an hour. Then they refunded half that. Too many other hotels to choose from than to feel like from the website, to the lack of follow through from the manager on our refund, this location is unkept promises. We were assured our $300 would be refunded Monday, they waited until we checked out to say we’d get half that back. Sleazy and left us with a bad impression we’ll never shake.

This property is dirty and the cleaning service/management does not do a proper job to maintain cleanliness. My fiancé had a spider bite and an eye infection. The bedsheets where not changed during the entirety of our stay which was a period of two (2) weeks. There was also a hole in the wall and our room was infested with bugs and spiders. Do not be fooled by the pictures posted on the advertisement, all the furniture is old and worn out. I do not recommend this hotel and I would not classify this accommodation as a hotel.

This hotel was located in a good area that was accessible to walk to the main tourist spots Eiffel and Arc. Also walkable to major train stations. Only complaints are that it does have a faint musty smell when you walked into the hallway (1st floor) and room. There was also a lot of noise outside the hotel on Monday that woke us up too early. Staff is very nice and helpful when assistance was needed.

This hotel was in a perfect central location to most major landmarks! The front desk attendants were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay! 10/10 for all!!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very Parisian in style and the balcony was beautiful! The bathroom and sink in separate areas of the room was a bit different for us but both facilities were clean and user friendly. The hotel was close to the Eiffel Tower, Avenue de Champs Elysses, the Metro, and lots of restaurants. The shopping was very high end so you'll need to branch out if you are looking for more affordable finds. However, it was a great area for first timers to stay. We felt like we were in the middle of it all and very safe. Just make sure you get to some of the other arrondissements as each area has its own special culture and attractions! We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful property! Would definitely stay again! My husband, myself and two 20 year old kids stayed comfortably in the junior suite. It was an amazing price for such an amazing location. It is an easy walk to the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph, metro, Eiffel tower, haute coutre shopping and, of course, the Laduree flagship location. At the great rate we received at the hotel, I didn't know what to expect. I was amazed to see an ongoing delivery of Chanel, YSL and LV bags for the other hotel guests. You will love this 4 star hotel. Worth every star. It is across from a discreet police station, so we also felt super safe.

Absolutely perfect with amazing helpful staff.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet but convenient area of Paris. Could not get much information from the front desk which was disappointing so we were on our own. We had a 6th floor room and as soon as we exited the elevator we were hit with a wall of 85 degree air. Even though there is air conditioning in the building, it does not work well, especially on the top floor. All of us slept with no covers during our stay because we were unbearably warm. Very expensive room for subpar AC. In addition, the front desk asked if they could book us a return taxi to the airport which I was happy they had offered. I asked how much the taxi would be and was told they arranged a great price of 65 Euros. The taxi charged me 79 Euros saying there is an additional fee for a hotel to reserve the taxi, just wish I knew that in advance.
