good place to stay. Good breakfast

My stay was overall wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathtub very dirty, bathroom very dark. Smell coming out of the air unit when turned on. . Shower taps not secured to wall.

Our mini fridge wasnt working and the staff was excellent and attentive to replace it with one that worked very fast

The hallways were damp smelling. Room was average. Bathroom lighting was as poor as difficult to do proper makeup for wedding. Main entrance was average only. Breakfast was average and basic.

People next door were noisy. There was access to the outside from the ground level room and they were so noisy going in and out. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. I would stY again but on upper levels.

Stayed there once before loved it and still love it. The staff as always is so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Such comfortable beds nice hot tub and pool. Close to shopping as well and restaurants all easy to access. And I love that they always have coffee for you and now a water dispenser all complementary.

It was the kids 1 st time in a hotel and being in an indoor pool. They had a great time.

Good quality for one night stay.

We really like this hotel for staff, comfort and cleanliness. They really need to update the decor, rooms, etc. Wallpaper is peeling and leaks in the ceiling. Free breakfast is a great bonus and having complimentary coffee/hot drinks all day or night is also a great feature.

It was clean. Breakfast was ok. Fruit flies flying around juice dispenser and ended up in my cup of juice. Pool was good room was good. Did have problems with my room key not working.

Booked 2 night stay. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Very nice and clean pool area. Not being from that area, the front staff were knowledgeable about the location, however would have preferred a welcome package of sorts with recommendations for local food and attractions. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Lady at the front desk was rude and I can tell she has zero regard for hospitality. She’s a better fit for a service Ontario position. Was throwing her colleagues under the bus infront of me which is unprofessional. Stayed here since Cambridge hotel next door was fully booked.

The hotel is very dated. Smelled like wet towels throughout the hotel. With peeling wallpaper. The pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was “ok” nothing fancy. The pictures online are deceiving. Parking was convenient and close to African Lion Safari. Lots of restaurants nearby. The beds were just “ok” as far as comfort. The shower needed to be gutted and kept filling up with water during showers.

Would recommend to friends to stay at this hotel

We have stayed here many times over the years. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is good and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The rooms are starting to look a little worn but we understand that they will undergo renovations this Fall.

The a/c was down. Dirty sheets.

Great staff, nice rooms, a/c worked but did not cool well and was loud. Plentiful choices for breakfast but potato patties where literally rock hard. Could not bite through themas they were over cooked.

The AC didn’t work so my husband could not sleep.

Hotel is getting run down. Stayed at this exact hotel 4 years ago and remember it being in better shape. Bathroom tile and around the tub were black from moisture and some of the grout was cracking off and laying in pieces around toilet and tub. Kids loved the pool but the bathrooms were pretty nasty in the pool area. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard until I saw a worker in the back room eating with her gloves on. Sort of ruined it for me, if I’m being honest. Also, my kids never get sick but my younger son threw up. Mind you it could have been from anything that day but he told me his yogurt tasted funny and I told him to stop it and finish it. I felt awful and can only attribute it to that. I would question some of the food handling practices. The staff was nice about it and told us to clean it in the tub and not worry about the mess. We asked if they had a stationary tub but they didn’t. Later on in the night we noticed they had a washer and dryer by the pool and were confused why they didn’t tell us! It would have been easier than trying to wash throw up off kids clothing and towels. We went to African lion safari one day and the Toronto aquarium the other and I would say the location was good for both.
