Stayed in Lille for two nights, we loved it. Room was clean. Staff was very nice. It is connected to the Westfield Mall and made everything very convenient to be able to go and shop. Also take public transportation have all the restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Everything is also walking distance so you can walk right into the city center, not to mention, you are a one minute walk between both of the largest train stations that go into Lille. Will definitely stay here again if I visit

The one thing a hotel should provide is a good nights sleep, and this fails on this point. The double bed is just two single beds pushed together, so if you try to sleep together, you just end up with a ravine in the middle. The rooms have no AC or ventilation, so it is very hot, even when it’s relatively chilled weather outside. A fan is provided, but its just not enough. The bathroom smells sewery and the toilet paper sits in a dispenser that makes you think you’re in a public toilet. This is listed as a 3star hotel, but IMO it’s a 2-star at best. Location is great though.

Good overnight stay in a budget hotel which was very close and easy walking distance to the Lille Europe Eurostar station. Room quite small and no aircon, but there was a desk fan provided. Opted for no breakfast, but plenty of breakfast options in the adjacent Westfield centre. Hotel also close to the city centre which is very interesting with lots of historic old buildings. Enjoyable stay and pleasant staff on reception.

Convenient location if you are doing a quick trip through Lille. Right by the major train stations and a large mall. Was pretty active and noisy but if you’re looking for a spot to be able to get to the trains quickly the next morning and are not spending too much time at the hotel, I would definitely recommend.

The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location. 3 minutes walk from the station, and 5 minutes from the old town. The room was basic, but comfortable. The breakfast (optional) was very good.

Brilliant staff, we had a great time at this hotel. The tools were spotless and comfortable with all we needed for a short break. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a great choice if you are traveling by train. Functional rather than luxury but nothing to dislike. Large room, clean, comfy. I had everything I needed, felt safe and secure. Staff on desk cheerful, even late at night. Have stayed before and will do so again.

There was brown hair in the towels folded in the bathroom and no air con!

Room comfortable but lacked air con, a must for warmer months as streets too noisy to sleep if window open. Kettle in room was great to see but only had herbal tea bags. I asked at reception for coffee sachets, they said don’t have any but can get coffee at breakfast which was €13.50 ea. I managed to get 2 normal tea bags but they didn’t have any milk to give me! We didn’t want to have breakfast just to get a coffee. Toiletries in bathroom was actually only shower gel/shampoo combined and hand soap.

Our stay was good, great location for us (close to train stations). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean.

Very kind staff at reception. Nice and modern room. Confortable bed. Great location between the 2 train stations, perfect for us, that arrived at Lille Flandres and left from Lille Europe. Really close walking distance to main tourist attractions. We enjoy our stay.

We had a great stay! Location is perfect, very accessible, near to train station, bus station, 10 minutes walk to old town. The bed is comfortable.

Just a very short walk from both Lille Europe (Eurostar) train station, and Lille Flanders (regional); station this hotel is ideally situated for stays in Lille and/or as a hub for days out elsewhere. The hotel itself is clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms, whilst not the largest are more than adequate. The hotel is physically linked to the Westfield Eurolille shopping mall which is very convenient.

The room was really nice. Nice to have a bath. The reception was quite small. The staff was very kind.

Great location, steps from both train stations. I worried I’d be too far from the old town but it was a 2 minute walk, so perfect. The room was large and quiet (top floor facing the back) and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really nice, too. (Although I could have used a grab bar as the tub was deep.) The staff was really nice and very helpful when I had questions, like about how to use the metro to visit nearby towns. It was a comfortable modern base for exploring this charming old city.

A pretty standard mid market hotel but perfect for 1 or 2 nights in Lille. City centre and the old town within easy walk. The bonus is that is less than a 5 minute walk to the main Eurostar and Lille Europe train station. Very friendly staff on check in. Comfy bed.

Due to a health problem was not able to go . Sent an email to the hotel to ask if the visit could be delayed and I did not receive the curtesy of even a reply

Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. All staff very help and friendly. Very good value and with short distance of railway station and the centre of Lille. Lovely panoramic view at breakfast. My only suggestion is that for older people it would be useful to have a non slip mat in the bath and a handle. Highly recommend abs would definitely stay here again.

This is in a very modern area peppered with old buildings that give a lovely contrast to the unique modern architecture. There is a giant park right across the street that is very inviting and well-maintained. Most people in this area are walking and bicycling to and from work or having a meal or a drink outside on the main square. We are within a 2-minute walking distance of the Eurostar train station. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night, but Lille definitely deserves another visit to explore it more fully.

Perfect location for a short stay: very close to the train station and shopping centre, and just a short walk into the old town. All of the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, so overall it was great value.

The pillows not very comfortable. Also thought was difficult to have a shower and bath. Slippery

Perfect for late Eurostar arrivals. The rooms are spatious, clean and some have a lovely view onto a park next to Lille Europe station. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The soundproofing might not be as good as in other places and you may hear your neighbour running the shower in the morning, but I haven't really found this to be an issue.
