We were really only at the hotel to sleep. For that it was ideal.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in at 930pm there was nobody at the check in desk to check me in. I rang the service bell 10 times, but no one came to check me in. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. I want a full refund..

Hotel was decent for the price. Rooms were very spacious and the staff was nice.

Bed was uncomfortable, Continental breakfast was limited, no elevator. But Was okay for 1 night.

Lots os trash in hallways. The outer sude door was unlocked- swipe for key card was broken off. Bed was comfortable but bathroom kayout was awkward and shower area cramped

Bed was comfortable and clean. Same with the room and the bathroom. The hallway needs an update or remodeling with new carpet and walls painted. The breakfast area could be updated too. Probably would not stay there again until updates are done.

It served our purpose for what we needed!

It’s just a place to spend a night

Despite requesting a room away from the elevator when I booked weeks in advance, hotel never let me know there was no elevator. Instead of 2 queens we had to accept a room with 1 queen on ground floor as I cannot climb stairs. While we were upgraded to a minisuite, we needed the 2 beds more than a couch. The room's refrigerator made noise all nite long and our request for a fix through Expedia never performed. The room had a spider on the wall and 1 in shower. Bed was uncomfortable.

One worrisome thing, on our first night there we noticed that the entrance from parking lot was not secure. Went to the front desk and asked when it would be fixed, they said in two days but they were monitoring it on a big screen. Checked out on the fourth day the new lock system was still not installed. I asked again and the staff said it would be fixed within the next week. Some higher up did not plan this very well. Safety of guess should be a higher priority.

This was just off of I-84 so was convenient. Check in was easy but the clerk was not overly friendly. There is a sgn indicating check out was noon but the registration paperwork said 11 am. When I asked, I was told the sign was old. The bed was very comfortable. However, the curtains did not fully cover the window (and the liming was torn) and the light came in very early. Overall, the room was clean but there was mold growing in the grout along the edge of the floor tile and the tub.

Free breakfast was included, very convenient!

Good reasonable priced hotel. No frills and that’s ok. Continental breaks fast had plenty of options. Only concern was key lock on side door of hotel was broken allowing anyone to come in.

Not as secure as I would have liked. The window of my second floor room, which was above the porch roof would not lock. The complimentary breakfast also left a lot to be desired.

The employees were very nice. Unfortunately there were several minor issues. The bathroom door would not close. The dispensers in the bathroom were empty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The condiments to the coffee pot were opened and used!!! Stains on the walls and sheets. I would not recommend.

The room was fine enough, although it felt a little humid/musty, and there was an occasional bug crawling across the floor around the bathroom. The beds felt a little small for a queens, if I were gambling man I would say they were doubles. The pillows weren't very comfortable, but that might just be me and my preference. I've been to worse, but I've definitely been to better.

Breakfast was mediocre, muffins were not soft.

We found the staff to be less than helpful. There was an order in our room. The phone in our room did not work. We found out when we were trying to contact the front desk. Very poor management.

The rooms smelled like urine. We went here because of the 8 . So either something changed or the rating is false.

The view was blocked.

A basic hotel right in the Bethel/Danbury area. Front staff and room service was very good. Safe environment. Room was clean, but rug was in pretty bad shape. They should repair this as it gives a terrible first impression to an otherwise very clean and well kept room. We stayed for 3 days/nights and the A/C was pretty weak the first day. After the 2nd day, I asked before we left for the day if they could have maintenance check it out which they confirmed they could. When we returned to our room, it still wasn't working. A notice of some sort would have been nice, but I understand these things happen. Yet, it wasn't the most comfortable of sleeps during an extremely humid July. Breakast is basic continental, but good quality (apples, cereal, mini muffins, mini bagels, yogurt, toast, juice, coffee). Well kept lobby. Could be a solid 4 star place to stay - they just need to show a little TLC to the rooms that need some.

We needed the rooms to sllep pretty much but the floors and sheets were damp. We were there for a wedding so there were not many rooms available any where else.

The electrical outlets were loose. Not all of the outlets worked. The towels were thin, small, and damp. Otherwise, the room was fine.

No elevator

I was not aware from the website there was a fee for my dog.

Extremely dim lighting in the entire room (for those of us who need at least average light), but above average AC. Weak breakfast (mini muffins and powder coffee creamer). If you are expecting a standard egg and biscuit and gravy variety- this will be dissatisfying / disappointing.

Rooms could use some updating, light switch in bathroom didn’t work.
