Nice place

Clean,convenient.they a lot of eccesories like iron board dryerand other gadgets. Only cons wher a lumpy mattras and cold breakfast(no eggs and no waffles).

Needs updates. Especially bathrooms. Towels were very thin.

Hotel could use a little TLC TO update and spruce up hallways and stairs

For $179 you could/should expect that at least the basics are available. You would also expect that advertised amenities would be available. The room came with 2 small worn bath towels. When we requested 2 more, we were given one and told that it was the only one available. Sign in the room stated that they would replace towels and linens every 3 days or with a specific request. Not sure how that would have worked with only one extra towel on the property. When we asked about the location of the fitness center, we were informed that it was off site (actually a fitness center 2 miles away). The room was quite small with no storage (not even a small drawer). Property was clean. Desk staff was polite (but had no interest in personal attention to a request (like “can I get two extra towels?). Room was clean. Hair conditioner bottle mounted to the shower wall was empty. It wasn’t horrible but maybe a $79 experience, not $179.

Convenient, adequate, could use plusher towels, extra garbage can in room, more coffee, room felt a little damp

Comfortable and clean

I had a very good stay overall. An elevator would help with regard to luggage/bags going to the 2nd floor.

This was my first stay in Connecticut. The room was very clean and the price was reasonable. Will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff

Room and bath room had insufficient lighting. No shelf area in bathroom. Phone in the room was inoperable and the TV had very limited channels.

We were really only at the hotel to sleep. For that it was ideal.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in at 930pm there was nobody at the check in desk to check me in. I rang the service bell 10 times, but no one came to check me in. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. I want a full refund..

Quiet and clean

Hotel was decent for the price. Rooms were very spacious and the staff was nice.

Bed was uncomfortable, Continental breakfast was limited, no elevator. But Was okay for 1 night.

Lots os trash in hallways. The outer sude door was unlocked- swipe for key card was broken off. Bed was comfortable but bathroom kayout was awkward and shower area cramped

Bed was comfortable and clean. Same with the room and the bathroom. The hallway needs an update or remodeling with new carpet and walls painted. The breakfast area could be updated too. Probably would not stay there again until updates are done.

It served our purpose for what we needed!

It’s just a place to spend a night

Despite requesting a room away from the elevator when I booked weeks in advance, hotel never let me know there was no elevator. Instead of 2 queens we had to accept a room with 1 queen on ground floor as I cannot climb stairs. While we were upgraded to a minisuite, we needed the 2 beds more than a couch. The room's refrigerator made noise all nite long and our request for a fix through Expedia never performed. The room had a spider on the wall and 1 in shower. Bed was uncomfortable.

Staff wonderful especially housekeeping.

One worrisome thing, on our first night there we noticed that the entrance from parking lot was not secure. Went to the front desk and asked when it would be fixed, they said in two days but they were monitoring it on a big screen. Checked out on the fourth day the new lock system was still not installed. I asked again and the staff said it would be fixed within the next week. Some higher up did not plan this very well. Safety of guess should be a higher priority.

smell

This was just off of I-84 so was convenient. Check in was easy but the clerk was not overly friendly. There is a sgn indicating check out was noon but the registration paperwork said 11 am. When I asked, I was told the sign was old. The bed was very comfortable. However, the curtains did not fully cover the window (and the liming was torn) and the light came in very early. Overall, the room was clean but there was mold growing in the grout along the edge of the floor tile and the tub.

Free breakfast was included, very convenient!

Has to smell better

Nice place, cozy room, a couple of eating estalishments within walking distance. Two story hotel with no elevator! Ask for 1st floor room, even # for the best stay possible!
