The “suite” was comfortable but could use some updating renovation rather than just fixing issues.

Someone had busted a place on the bathroom door and signs of mold on the ceiling especially around the vent.

I paid in advance but was told to pay an additional fee for “incidentals”,it would be refunded in twenty four hrs if not used.
I have never received the amt of dollars and suspect that many others have been duped also.

The bathroom was awful as far as mold and mildew was concerned. And as I was standing there shaving, evidently the drain underneath was leaking because I was getting wet. Carpet was dirty or at least stained.

A lot of updating is needed. Breakfast was meh. Bathroom is so old. This Hotel is right next to 2 major universities. There is no reason not to update these hotels for the amount of visitors and what they charge during major college weekends. The staff was very nice. But the owners need to fix this place up. Very disappointing.

The pool and the breakfast , and friendly receptionist. I do not know her name , but the young girl was sooo nice.

The pool was gross and green and smelled of urine. There was hair all around the room like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The entire hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. Breakfast was very picked over and not replenished by staff.

First of all the bathroom ceiling had mold on it. The toilet was crooked. The toilet paper holder was in an awkward place.
The breakfast was terrible and the coffee was too light. It had nobody.

It was good and clean but after a very long day driving elwe were looking forward to a hot pool and spa as advertised and neither were hot. Spa was barley warm. My bath water was hotter and pool was freezing cold. Overall the stay was still amazing and the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Like…The comfy bed and pillows, internet was fast, cold fridge and freezer, good ac, great shower/water pressure
Didn’t Like…We stayed on the bottom floor and the floor was uneven in places, needs fresh paint and updates, hot tub was not too hot, great staff!
All in all, more likes than dislikes…would stay again🙂

The property overall was nice. My family stayed for 3 nights. The only issue we had was with housekeeping when we asked them to change the bedsheets. She rolled her eyes at us and sucked her teeth. We only asked for it the first night after driving a long distance to get there. The breakfast options were good as well.

The pool area has much to be desired. The pool was dirty and the floor around it was not level which made tripping quite easy.
The room had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom floor was covered in hair, the shower had scum build up, and the previous person's eye mask was in the covers of the bed. The room was dusty and clearly only ever got a quick vacuum in the main walking areas. The freezer had so much ice build up that I had to scrape it out to be able to fit anything inside. I was quite disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of the hotel.

Everything was excellent except for the Desk Clerk. She had a flat expression and spoke too softly to be heard. That desk clerk is the first impression of your establishment. Someone more outgoing and speaks in a normal tone would have made for a perfect experience.

Mold inside the air conditioner and shower. So not only did we wake up coughing and need rescue inhalers, we had trouble breathing in the shower with the mold being aerosolized. Expedia was not able to get us a refund. And they only wasted my time reporting the problem. Spent 20 minutes explaining the issue only to get denied a refund. Only given $25 if we book with them again, and they didn’t even explain how to redeem this “money”. We definitely will never book through a third party like Expedia again.

Could have been better. First room had a clogged toilet and plunger in it. Thinking they were actively working on it when we got checked in as the pillows on the bed were moved and luggage rack was tipped over. Waffle machine was out of order and orange juice out of order. Seems like it could be upkeeped better.
