Excellent room over looking pool. Perfect for our requirements. Good choice of breakfast options.pool area clean and well looked after. Ideal position for bars and restaurants would recommend this property highly

Excellent property staff very polite & helpful. Pool area & sunbathing area fantastic with beautiful views. Breakfast & pool side good & drinks excellent , have nothing to complain about

Stayed here as other hotel cancelled ,so glad they did . If your after five star its not. But what it is , is a good hotel in the best !ocation right in the heart of the action .Right on the best beaches ,some fab resturants at your door .Not five star but not a bad place to stay if your not a fussy family .Pools great for little ones as it has walk in areas rather than steep sides in the shallow areas .well worth a try if you dont need five star amenities .Supermarket two mins from the room for a cheeky bottle of vino or to feed the kids after a hard day playing on the beach /pool if they dont want to go back out on an evening .Pool bar cheap . No kids entertainment but we had a grate time there .Breakfast isnt the best but you wont go hungry ,you can get plenty of plates as we did minimum three courses unless your fussy .Its on our radar for next new year

Great location near Fanabe beach. Meny good restaurants just few steps away. The apartment was clean. Over all it was nice to stay there.

It's an OK place, it's clean, every amenaties but check-in is the slowest I have experimented in my whole life.
I was alone it took 45 min to get my keys...
They do everything with paper, printing document one by one... 2021.. E signature, digital contact, computer exist.. Maybe time to throw away the typewriter.

Good location close to the beach. Nice pool area. Great balcony. But: the hotel is old - renovation needed. Reception is very slow. Breakfast is very basic with too many people and too few staff. But the biggest problem for me was the sound isolation - you can hear the neighbors very well. Was good for one night, but not for the proper vacation

Perfect location right by the beach and bars! Staff very friendly! Rooms spotless! Only negative would be the breakfast which was poor however dinner was okay with a selection each night!

The property was very clean and beds very comfy. The only down side was the noise some nights that went on until 2.30 am with people shouting and screaming. There didn’t seem to be any security to deal with it. No pool towels were provided. We would not return.

Had a problem at check in wanting to see the credit card I had booked with. I tried to explain that I had to cancel it as it had been a victim of fraud. I offered to show her my account proving that but she wasn’t having any of it and said I had to pay again. I said I will contact Expedia she then said oh if you booked through Expedia it’s ok. I had already handed her the Expedia booking number so was a frustrating experience

The hotel was great and the stuff was lovely and very friendly. I travelled with my husband to Tenerife for my 30th birthday and had a nice champagne compliments from the hotel.
The only thing what we didn't like was that the cleaning of the kitchen wasn't included in the service.
Everything else was amazing and would definitely recommend the hotel. Perfect for both young couples and family with kids. Location wise was brilliant - near the beach, supermarkets and bars.

Pool area is brilliant really big loads of sun beds nice pool bar and a small kids play area , wasn’t much going on round pool kids games ect but I’m sure that’s because it’s out of season ,February I went temp was in the 70,s even in February .
Could be noisy I suppose if you get a room near road
But it’s only a side road to beach so not that busy .
Can’t comment on food as was room only .
But I would highly recommend this hotel to any age group old , young , family’s .very disabled freindly Ramps for weelchairs all over complex but it is on a steep hill so a bit of legwork involved me thinks .
I’m not disabled but just saying from what I actually noticed .

It was pristine, well laid out and close to the beach. Couldn't fault it. Oh and lovely pool as well with really comfortable sunbeds.

Room was spacious for a studio. Beds were very comfortable. Apt was clean. Towels were big and clean. Pool area was great with comfortable sun loungers and a lovely pool. Only thing was that the pool was very cold and it would have been better if it was heated. I would come back to the sol sunbeach.

The hotel/apartment was ok. As it was advertised as a 4 star accomodation, I would obviously think that it had air conditioning in the apartment, NO, just two ceiling fans which did'nt cool anything, just moved hot air around. We were told by local residents not to leave patio doors open at night as there had been breakings in the area, so to have some sleep as it was so hot, we had to barracade the patio door with the furniture to have some air, but at the slightest sound we woke up.
The breakfast was a disgrace, the food was what you would expect from a works canteen, and the room was so bare, that the noise of people talking was ear splitting.
We had room C4-13, do'nt try to have a rest in the afternoon, the boules area was right above our room, so you had thud, thud, thud most of the afternoon.

A nicely appointed room. Overlooking the pool area. Close to all facilities, beach and restaurants. A bit noisy at night, but soon went off around midnight. Apart from the neighbours in the next room being very noisy in the early hours of Saturday, everything was just as we were hoping.

Great Hotel and brilliant location. Very friendly staff and fabulous views. We booked studio with sea view but was put in spacious Apartment instead which was very roomy and comfortable. To be honest if we had ended up with pool view instead of sea view I would not have minded as it was very pleasant. The only downfall was that there were no air conditioning, just fans. However you were given a list of things you could hire, one of them being portable air con but was quite pricey. This is the only down side.
We did not eat in the hotel as we prefer to eat in different locations and immediately outside were plenty of choice of restaurants, all of which we tried were lovely.

Everything very close by and lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment was cleaned regularly although the terrace was dirty and dusty and not cleaned when we were there, otherwise the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the pool area clean,

Hotel was great until 3 days before we left when a family with noisy kids was put in room above us they were up at 6.30 each morning running about like wild animals,families should be put on bottom floors

Although the apartment was a little tired it was adequate. Would benefit from air conditioning & kitchen update. Pool area good but upper terrace could do with a few more parasols. Overall, you get what you pay for! Location is the best part.

Costa Adeje is a lovely area, however the apartments are very old, poorly decorated and the reception staff were very unfriendly. The location is good, close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was good in the accommodation.
