Nice place with a great pool

Pool was great and loved that it was walking distance from attractions

It was dirty. Furniture was old and dirty . It was about the only room left in town or we never would have stayed. Dirty

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Spa tub was wonderful and it was a great relaxing visit. Will stay here again in a year if not sooner.

Room is a prime example of what good photography, and old photos will do. Motel is an aged dump. The balcony door has a rotted hole in frame. AC had water pouring from it. Floor was soaked. Room has a moldy stale smell to it, masked by chemicals. The in room hot tub was an amaturish install. Carpet was dingy. Ceiling had a non professional repair job to it. The ice machine had MOLD Growing on it. The pool was over clorinated. The motels answer to the leaking AC was to pile towels over the wet area. Road noise was very pronounced. My recommendations is to stay at this trash pile as a last resort.

Our room bathroom vent was not working or did not have any. As you can imagine all the smell stayed in the room. They also don’t have a lot of parking spots on the Main level.

Customer service was horrible and the comforter on the bed had blood and food stains on it. That is my biggest concerns.

Pictures are deceiving. Carpet was extremely worn and dirty. Area around hotel seemed sketchy for a family to be walking around. Only good thing was the free breakfast.

Love the hotel & service provided by the gentleman in breakfast time.He is so helpful for my small kid .

This was an excellent hotel. The room was clean, there were no loud neighbors. The room was what we wanted and expected. Well within walking distance of the strip and any other things you needed.

Room was cozy, jacuzzi helped with the sore legs after walking all day. Would most definitely recommend!

Likes: Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, quiet environment. The continental breakfast was okay ... about what I expected. Dislikes: When I checked in, there were wadded up candy wrappers beside the TV, and the previous guest's nightshirt had been left in the bathroom, which really made me question how much attention the housekeeper was giving their job. There also looked like something was growing in the shower, and the TV remote was NASTY. I shudder to think how many germs were living on it.

Very Bad Propety you scare just by seeing it from Outside, I will never recommend this motel anyone. Please dont even look at this property worst one in my life time.

Hot tub and indoor swimming pool, awesome.

The 5th floor really stunk. Not sure because of the marijuana smoking. Had a nine year old and it wasn’t the pleasant smell.

Our check in was great! The staff were all very friendly. I called prior to booking this hotel to ensure the hot tub was in working order as i paid the extra money just for the hotel with a hot tub. I was told yes it was all in working order. Once we arrived nothing was said we were told again that yes it was working. It was not!!! I wasted double the money it would have cost for another room less than a mile away just to have the hot tub and then it didn't work after i was lied to twice about it. I have a medical condition where walking stairs is very difficult for me. On the day we checked out i had to walk 6 flights of stairs 4 times to load my luggage into my car bc the elevator wasn't working and i was told that there wasn't anything they could do to make it any easier to get my bags downstairs. The worst experience I have ever had booking a room through Hotels.com. Will never stay here again!!!

The bed mattress needs replaced and the chairs thrown away , now the girl thats working the front desk is beautiful, kind and very helpful

The bedroom was not clean and smell bad.

I did not like how noisy the street was , as had a room on the street side with balcony. Also next room over from us the people were playing loud music on the balcony late at night.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was nice. Elevator was a bit scary. Stairs being slippery was not great.

The tv was small but the jet tube was amazing and very clean the room smelled great and bed was comfortable

Close enough to Gatlinburg that you don’t have to deal with traffic or parking fees. Hot tub, pool, and a lazy river. There is also a pizza place right next door that is awesome

Friendly, helpful staff. The continental breakfast was awesome, the waffle was as big as the plate. They have a 24 hour free coffee station. They have towels to use at the pool and a laundry basket to put them in when you're finished in the pool, hot tub or lazy river. We seen a bear everyday across the road. I recommend this place...they are professional.

Nice breakfast. Wonderful people. Couldn’t of been any better.

It is a nice little quiet hotel away from the noise in the center of Gatlinburg town.

Staff was very nice. Anything we needed they were happy to help.Room was large and very clean. Pool was clean always. Breakfast was always hot and keep full for enjoying. I will recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to stay while in the mountains.
