Would not advise anyone to stay here. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff who don't want to bother with any assistance. No breakfast or cleanliness service.

Person at the front desk during check in was rude & said that I had canceled my reservation which I did not argued for 5 minutes until he gave me a room

Was a great trip bed was comfortable room was very clean and smelled good

Never cleaned room while we were there, room had a smell . Washer and dryer was way over priced and old with no place to get quarters anyway. Just went to a local laundromat

Never received my wake up call so I miss an important meeting. The evening guy said he took care of it and he never did.

I never checked in. Property called and canceled

Broking metresses old furniture and smells bad.

My husband and I only stayed for 3 nights and for the price it was really good. We did have a hiccup when arriving with the bathroom light not working and the tv was ripped off the stand but when taking to the hotel staff, he quickly swapped us rooms. 2nd room we moved to was nice. Clean linens and bathroom. We did have a slight issue when arriving with the toilet slow flushing but we grabbed a $3 plunger from Walmart, gave it one good push and all was back to normal (didn’t want to bother hotel staff for such a minute thing). The only 2 complaints I have, and it’s of no fault to the hotel staff themselves, was the parking at the bottom right corner. If you’re parked in front of where the stairs end, there’s no way someone can safely park in the spot beside it. Also we had some pretty loud people floating around at 1am. With us having a corner room, it sounded like someone was bouncing a ball or hitting the wall outside. Unfortunately that’s the wall the head of the bed is against so whatever they were doing was vibrating the whole wall and bed. But other than that, our stay was pleasant. Good location. Right across from the bay with nice seating to enjoy it. Close proximity to many restaurants and not far from the pier and beach access at all. We will return if by chance we need a place to stay for a short trip.

There was someone’s dirty underwear left in the bathroom…..we found it when we checked in. Told the man in the front office and he gave us a plastic bag to put it in…..he didn’t offer to move us or come get it or nothing. Just “here ya go”. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. The AC was great though.

Gross and the staff was rude

This is a basic hotel which looks tired. It was reasonably cheap but you get what you pay for. It is close to the highway so ear plugs are required. Breakfast was also basic, coffee and a pastry.

The location was great close to a lot of restaurants and the beach but the motel is very old and outdated It was clean but the mattress was so old and worn out that when I laid down on it it felt like falling into a hole. I had to sleep on one side of the bed If you’re staying one night it’s okay for the price and location

Check in was quick and easy from a friendly staff. Facility is not fancy, after all it is a budget hotel, but the room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

Only coffee and one pastry in office. No coffee in room.

We liked it very much. It's well maintained, housekeeping is very attentive and the location is good for going towards all directions.

Older but clean property and much less money than other properties. There is traffic noise as can be expected considering the area. Had a pleasant stay! Will come here again.

Great place to stay! Very helpful and friendly front desk staff, housekeeping also friendly and attentive. Very nice park and dog park across the street, great location no matter what you plan to do on your stay!

We stayed at the same motel on Dec 27 2023 and everything was great. Went back on Jan 2 2024 and in the matter of one week things changed. Made my reservation through Expedia just like In Dec. only this time the girl at the counted wanted me to give a 40.00 deposit. I was not ask for a deposit the week before. We were so upset that we went down the road and stayed at another motel. I would like my money back for the room on Jan 2 2024, for had it not been for the way we were treated we would have gladly stayed there.

We've stayed before with no issues but had bugs in both rooms this time. Florida is bad for bugs but i think they need to put some more focus on spraying.

We stayed here for a week and didn't have a problem. Everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay here again

1) I had to wait to check out for the receptionist to “inspect the room.” I asked why and was told because people forget things. What a bold lie. 2) After waiting to be released, the receptionist could not produce a zero balance receipt, despite having put a hold on my card. I made the lady write out a hand-written receipt.

Was under the impression it was nice and up to date. It’s not and the complimentary breakfast was not good at all. Needs to be updated badly.

Just ok for the money. Not the best area, no commerce.

Room didn’t seem all that clean. Staff wasn’t as welcoming and informative. Seemed like they just wanted to check me in and be gone didn’t even get Wi-Fi password figured it out on our own. We had a hard time getting the tv to work we also got it to work eventually. Felt like there was a few things that could have been done to improve starting with front desk.

Updated room and convenient for the Destin area.

Quiet and nice

Had a Jacuzzi tub in the room which was excellent 👍
