It was extremely dirty! I couldn’t even stay for 1 minute.

Terrible. Filty. Things did not work. The photos of the hotel were not as is in the slightest. We left after one night because we did not want to be there.

We arrived at 3:40 (check in time is 3pm) room wasnt ready...was being "cleaned" . When we did finally get into the room (non smoking) it smelled like old smoke. We had to leave the door open and also open the window for ventilation. Dingy stained bedding.. MOLD on the bathroom ceiling, under the rim of the sink and the floor under the sink was dirty. The toilet flush was so loud it startled me awake when used during the night.

We arrived on a business trip. Reservation was for two but only had one person noted. Had to wait for towels and amenties. Room was bad smelled of urine in bathroom Walls were dirty fleas or fruit flies in room . Dirty floors dirty rooms no tissues in bathrooms . TV did not work and most TV do not work , People stay at this place who are on county assistance who are up all night partying and loud noise smoking and partying outside there rooms . Its bad do not stay here !!

Dont book here stay away. I booked queen beds they gave me double beds. I booked smoking they gave me smoking room. Meanwhile I had 2 kids. Also next door was rly loud. The ac was not working. The beds sheetz was stained n had holes. Not a good experience

The laundry room is just one washer and dryer for the entire motel. The rooms smell like smoke and weed plus are filthy. They really need to step their game up

When we walked into our room we noticed a large hole in the soffit where a fire alarm used to be, part of the ventilation system hanging lower, no covers on the light switch in the bathroom as well as no cover on the outlet. There was 1 "body towel" with holes, and 1 hand towel for a room that had 2 double beds and our reservations we for 2 people. The beds were very comfortable.

Lots of people living there outside all hours of night after driving 9 hours I wanted rest and found it difficult

Arrived to find that our non-smoking room was uninhabitable due to the entire toilet falling apart. The room was covered in cigarette burns. The only room available was a smoking room. Several people were lingering in the corridors that appeared to be under the influence of some substance. I was told that they would probably go inside any nightfall. We did not stay.

There was a very loud grinding noise coming from the corner of the room I was given, as of there was an engine of some kind running in the wall. I didn't ask for another room because I was exhausted and the air conditioner made it bearable, but it was odd and I have to imagine that they know about the issue with that room.

I have stayed here several times . and will stay many more God willing. I ask for the handicap room as I have trouble with my balance. The service is good and everything is clean and people frendly.

It was disgusting. Trash on the ground outside, grass uncut. People "hanging around." People smoking in the open doorways. Numerous signs telling you to lock vehichle doors. In room- numerous stains on the walls, dirty sheets. Dead bugs on the bed sheets. Didn't even make it to the bathroom. I went back and asked for a refund and the girl at the counter handled it pleasantly, but didn't even bother asking about trying to resolve the issue, so I assume management is aware. Pretty sure she has a lot of people ask for refunds.

Front desk woman was rude and didn’t help. The walls are falling apart, the a/c is leaking water into the wall way for the stairs. The bathroom tub is a rust color and pretty sure the outlet looks burnt. End of rant lol

The hotel is what you pay for. The receptionist was polite but not friendly, and almost didn’t believe me when I said I had a reservation. The room was neat and clean but the smell of a super strong air freshener or cleaner was overwhelming to the point I had to spray my own room airfreshener to kill that smell. Loud people, dogs barking.

My only complaint is that the stupid light switch in the bathroom was fighting with me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The mattress sunk in the middle of a queen size bed it was hard to get out of the bed otherwise the room the shower everything else was great but they really need to replace the mattress

Wasn’t the Venetian, but the room was clean, the bed was okay; no coffee - DD was right next door. The traffic was noticeable, but not over bearing. The staff was very nice.

I am not one to leave a negative review (I understand how difficult the hospitality industry can be)...
unfortunately this property was unsatisfactory. There was no heat, cigarette burns on the comforter (in what was booked as a non-smoking room), very dirty, and the door didn't shut all the way. I moved a table in front of the door to feel better about keeping it closed.
I should have requested a different room, but honestly did not want to create an issue (wasn't worth it)...I changed and left a few hours later.

We never even were able to check in. At almost 1130 PM there was a line of angry people at the front desk. You could tell the property was a dirty mess and someone in the line told us to take pictures of everything because they will charge you for damages that already existed. We ended up going down the street to a different hotel.

I was put in Room 101 which is apparently right next to the boiler room. From 8pm to 8am it makes a terrible noise. With the room being so close to the main road you can hear traffic during all hours of the day. The sheets and pillowcases had some kind of hard residue on them like a glue or something. Very uncomfortable. The water pressure in the sink was non existent and the shower wasn't much better. The quality of the TV in the room left a lot to be desired.
