Stay was fine. Day 2 room was not made and key was disabled. Had to go back to reception to get new key. Too inconvenient for a two day stay.

Lots of stain in rooms, chewing gum found hanging on wall, typical smell in a room and all over lobby. Torn bedsheets. For breakfast No milk, no bread, no cereal for break fast. ( coffee, bagel ,and some fruits was breakfast ) . Not happy with over all experience.

Mattress was uneven & old. Didn’t have enough towels, upon asking for it receptionist manager (after 7pm) denied saying “we don’t have them, and we don’t have what time you will get them” Also they say free breakfast, but mostly was not available. Sounded like managers were given direction to not entertain customer’s need in favor of unavailable resources that should be part of basic amenities customer already paid for.

Property did not provide towel and other require cleaning supplies on time. Upon request they informed that all towels are in laundry.

Very clean. It’s like staying at a fancy hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice and clean all the time. Their suite option is a perfect for a room a few dollars more than the regular rooms. I love it.

One off the worst places in New Jersey. Old, Moldy, Smelly, Filthy over all. NO Breakfast "They had old Bagels wrapped in plastic and Coffee" and they called that a breakfast.

No cleaning of my room even though I asked them to clean it and left the door open for them to clean it but when I come back later they didn't do nothing.

Blackout curtains dont shade entire window, new worker at front desk nit trained and spending unreasonable amount of time speaking w friend/relative while line to get in room and pretends doesnt have any idea what shes doing

The Air conditioning in the room was very loud. It looked like it was poking and hanging that tape across it. Also, in the bathroom of the toilet, the toilet paper holder was half off the wall. I called down to check with the staff. They said they could do anything.

Clean and local to stores. Stood here for Wrestlemania weekend and it was perfect no traffic.

Provided Not enough towels. No cup / glass in room even it's provides a coffee jar. TV remote control was broken.

The bathroom was terrible, not well maintained

My son and I spent two nights. The room was fine, general cleanliness was average, however one bottom sheet was suspect with a large fluid stain, never a welcome sight. The TV was large and worked well, that is if you only want to watch MTV as all functions of the remote worked EXCEPT channel selection ! Other occupants disregarded the No Smoking request if tobacco is smoked, apparently Marijuana does not fall under this non smoking category, walking done the hall at 7:00 PM could give a high if you inhaled deeply. The Grab & GO breakfast is a joke, the Bob Evans nearby is the way to go. All in all it's OK but not great, you might be better off elsewhere. .

The room was clean and the hotel was generally well maintained. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the amenities. The TV in my room was missing the remote and even after I told this to the front desk, no one came around to fix it. They have free Wi-Fi but it is an open network with no password requirements, which is unsafe and made me extremely vary about using the internet. My key card also stopped working several times. Luckily there was someone at the front desk but if this had happened after hours, I would have been locked out for the night. I had to get the key card re-programmed at the front desk 3 times in 2 days. Not my best stay in a hotel but not the worst. Overall, for the price I paid, this hotel was a disappointment.

The night manager had to come up two nights to get TV straight. He was the best thing at the property. The ad stated breakfast , bagels, oatmeal , fruit etc. When I asked about the oatmeal the morning manager said they had discontinued the oatmeal a while back. The hotel advertises breakfast but only bagels , fruit and juice. Also when I checked in the clock in my room was broken, there was a coffee maker but only two packs of decaf coffee, no cups , no cream or sugar at all. I told the manager in the morning, when I got back that night had sugar and cream and no coffee to make. I doubt I will ever stay in this facility again. The sad thing it is a Wyndham property and you expect better!!!!

The property was nicer than expected, we were pleased with our room.

For the price, convenient location (out the way, lol) and what itcwas needed for, it was PERFECT!

The room was clean. The carpet was old and damp smelling. The room was basically in disarray. A coffee maker with no cups anywhere in the room. Toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall. The hair dryer plug was cracked with electrical contacts exposed. Staff was polite. If you're passing through on a business trip and want to save money, you will like the place. It is clean, but the old carpet gives the room a dirty smell. I got the impression that there were long term tenants on my floor.
