We stayed for four nights. The rooms were okay but very dated. There was a really nice putt putt golf that we took advantage of one night.

Nice place and location. It was clean but Needs updating. Couch and chairs are worn and need replaced. Carpet need replaced. Just needs updated. Did not use any of the resort items but looks like lots to offer

The rooms were excellent. There were many things to do: 2 pool tables ($1per game), ping pong, foosball, air hockey ($1 per game) miniature golf, an exercise room and indoor pool!!! Very nice! My family was impressed with our stay.

Great property! I was not pleased being required to remit a $200 Deposit. No verbiage preparing me to pay the deposit before I arrived.

The rooms need updating old beds and furniture!

The rooms are looking old and tired. While clean it just feels tired. The up keep of the luggage carts at our building were in need of desparate repair!! 1 fell apart on us the other squealed so bad it woke us up!! Bathroom was clean but needs grab bars to get out of the deep tub and a little brighter lights.

The property was in great condition as well as the room. Wonderful quiet rooms, free wi fi, all clean, neat, new appliances and amenities. The check in and check out is HORRIBLE, it takes entirely too long to check in or check out, only one person working desk and they were overwhelmed. I was very upset about having to wait so long.close to an hour each time, sucks. Never had this happen before.

A very comfortable condo for our family. We lived the miniature golf, tennis court and hot tubs.

The rooms have absolutely no noise privacy Every night i could practically hear every word the room behind us was saying and every sound that came from the tv. If you need to be able to sleep at night do not stay here.

We are over 65 and were given a third floor condo with no elevator in the building. Jacuzzi tubs are old and jets look very dirty, showers were inside the tubs and hard to climb in and out of. Room was very dusty, furniture is old and stained.

The area that you drive thru to get to your resort building is not great, but the room as very nice. We did not use any of the amenities.

The unit was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean and very convenient. The condo is in a great location.

We always stay here when we come to Branson, the rooms are spacious and exactly what we need. The pool and hot tub are great and the kids love the mini golf and snow cones on Saturday nights! Our room was clean but had a STRONG curry smell from the moment we walked in and for the entire 5 days we stayed. Even after buying air fresheners etc. keep in mind, when you check in, you’ll have to get your “parking pass” from the desk across from the check in desk. This is a trick to get you to sign up for a timeshare presentation. I always tell them no, they up the offer and eventually say, “well, what would it take to get you to attend?” I always tell them I have about $100,000 left on my mortgage and they finally give me my parking pass without attending the presentation at that point. Except for the bald headed, goatee guy who called me a “mooch and said I need to stop mooching off of mom.” I told him, I paid for the trip in full to treat my mom for watching the grandkids while we’re at work. At that point, he said, “okay high roller, who couldn’t use $200?” I told him, that’s “pocket change, I don’t want it, please give me my parking pass.” He finally did.

This is my place to stay in Branson. The upgrades Hilton has done are nice. Quier, peaceful, lots of room.

Stayed here after a concert at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena, easy trip and nice place!

Check in forever half hour late. We were assigned a room and turned down the sales pitch and then we're given another room which had not been remodeled. We were told by another guess at the swimming pool that they had their own we were supposed to get and it was remodeled. When the room is ready, Housekeeping did not tell the front desk that was room was ready. There were no discuss in the kitchen we had to call to have them set up.

The pools did not seem to be cleaned. A lot of bugs, etc. The outdoor Hot Tub smelled musty. Our feet were black when walking around the condo.

Great job! Loved all the amenities and service! Enjoyed the games, videos, and pools! Close to the State Park too! 👍

No hot water to take showers. The only good thing was the kitchen. Terrible bed and pillows

The two bedroom suite was huge! The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Some of the furniture was slightly worn and a couple of burners on the stove didn’t work. But the washer and dryer was a plus. It was very convenient and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and the exercise room, though small , was nice. The grounds were beautiful. The facility was more than I hoped for. We plan on staying there again

Great location, staff very accommodating, lots of fun things to do on the property itself.

After checking in we had to go to another desk just to get a parking pass which I thought was odd. But it was so they could harass you into taking an hour and a half out of your vacation to do an open house. Get to our rooms and the floors were absolutely soaked. Walked on wet floors all night. Jetted tub blew out dirt and a hairball and the coffee maker took 30 minutes to make a pot of coffee. Oh yes and the dirty dishes in the cabinet. AVOID this place!

I know this property was bought out by Hilton. It is definitely not up to Hilton standards. When we arrived in our room the toilet handle was broken. The carpet was very dirty and so was the screened in porch. Maintenance came pretty quickly to fix the toilet. The pool was great. And it was pretty quiet. Great location.

The accommodations were very nice except the refrigerator wasn’t working the best. It barely made ice but there was an ice machine on the 1st floor. We also had some melted ice cream. The only other thing that bothered us was that when we checked in, the woman at the counter said “Oh, you’re by the lake!” and I thought wow! Nice! She also said the building was newly renovated. Well, the only view we had was of other buildings and it was a bit confusing finding our building. It was also quite a ways from the pool and mini golf. Too bad the renovation didn’t include a better refrigerator. Other than those few issues, we did enjoy the accommodations and location in regard to Branson. We were in building 16. If you want to be near the pool, etc, ask for buildings in the 20’s. It is a beautiful property.
