Very comfortable stay. Hotel room was clean, beds were comfy, check-in was quick and easy, pool looked nice, and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options. All at an affordable rate.

The Hotel was nice the staff was very accommodating

We have been staying at this hotel for maybe the last 6 years 2-3 times a year for Lions games, this is our last time stay here we noticed it was starting to go down hill last season and at this stay we noticed they haven’t fixed or updated any thing. The paint on the walls and ceiling were peeling our air conditioner did t work very well we had food on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom,the carpet really needs to be cleaned. I feel like there are too many options in the area now for around the same price to stay here again.

Walls are very thin. Could hear ppl walking and talking all night. Hotel is in a great location and close to lots of restaurants. Hotel could use some updating to the halls and pool area. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Well when we checked in they didn’t give us our drinks and second the room smelled so bad like cat spray with a hint of peach the swimming pool was dirty the hot tub wouldn’t turn on then when asked he turned it on then it stopped working again . No towels in pool area this has been our third stay and never was it like this . I asked for another room but was denied just really disappointed and breakfast was ok French toast was hard and bricks all though I was polite and told the kitchen help they didn’t do anything so I ended up tossing it in the trash but I will say that kitchen area was the cleanliness that lady dose a great job keeping area clean my grandkids love French toast so it really was a let down they really look forward to their breakfast. I never took photos because the scum on the walls of pool was gross but kids will swim in anything.

Our first room, the ac couln't be adjusted. The hotel is fine, but the crowd on the night I was there was horrible. Baby screaming in one room, with eh parents leaving their room door slightly open. People int he parking lot eating chicken wings and smoking pot. Yeah, I think I;'ll pass for next time.

Though not perfect it sure was quite a decent stay at such competitive price.

No orange juice but still appreciate the bfast

I stayed in room 415 the carpet was nasty, I did not bring my slipper with me, had to go to Walmart to purchase a pair of slipper to be comfortable.

Room smelled damp and musty, bathroom floor was slippery like there was a film on top, shower was dirty, and pool was out of order. Will not be staying here again.

Very nice room for the price. Comfortable and clean.

While the accommodations were pleasant, there were a number of minor problems: 1) There’s only one elevator in this four storey hotel and it is so very slow. 2) the tv was difficult to fathom. The guide showed channels that are not available and no channel that is available has the wrong listing (FoxNews listed as ESPN, etc.). And lastly, the pillows were mushy. In other establishments, a variety of pillows are provided, not here. The staff is very helpful, the premises and landscaping are nice but my quibbles detracted from a pleasant stay.

I like the free breakfast but I did not like the customer service or that the pool and hot tub was closed when I booked here for that very reason. Once the pool finally opened hours before checking out, my son and I ended up with a major headache, cough, and all of our clothles was dyed a complete different color due to the clorine being extemly strong. We smelled like beach all day even after a shower. Last but not least, I didnt get my deposit back upon checking out so had to drive 30 mins back there after work to get it.

Pool and hot tub out of order and foul odors and sticky bed sheets. Not worth money

Provide more soap. Improve an air conditioner regulations.

The location is close to lots of restaurants

Surly evening front desk help, very poor-quality towels that were in short supply and no housekeeping available for our 3 day stay.

Clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced with a good breakfast. Would bring my family back!

Being honest, the bed was too hard, but that was offset by Monique, who checked us in and was efficient, friendly and kind when we couldn't figure out the wifi. She is a treasure..

Close to Everything

The first room we were provided had a broken door in the bathroom and the main front foor like it had been kicked in before and had stains in the carpet and smelled really bad

Good. Nice easy stay. Everything was good.

It is a nice hotel with a free hot breakfast hot tub, and pool at a good price. Some hot items on the free breakfast (gravy) were cold. The AC unit didn't work in the first room and the bedding smelled bad. We were moved to another room with a working AC unit but the bottom of the tub wasn't all that clean and did not drain until I removed the drain plug. The bathroom sink was updated but had a slow drain. The bedding was clean and firm but the down pillows were flat. There looked like mulch under the AC unit by the wall. There was no way to leave the fan running on the AC unit and it has a sensor that turns the AC off when it senses no movement in the room. The luggage carts all seemed to be falling apart and missing nuts and bolts to keep the carts together. The hotel needs to spend more money on the maintenance of hotel AC units and luggage carts.

The room could definitely use an upgrade. Every single thing was stained, including all of the towels. Our toilet didn’t work, along with all the outlets in the bathroom and on one side of the bed. Would not stay here again.

Good place to stay

Gave a room that was dirty, hair all over the bathroom floor and dirty bed. Floors was not clean. When I spoke to the front desk person, his response was "ok". I asked him if he could get someone to clean the room and there was no response. Finally, I insisted to get another room that was was not clean either. Terrible terrible place to stay. I will never ever step my foot in this chain of hotels.

Check in was easy the gentleman was quick and nice we needed extra pillows and blanket and he gladly got them for us. Pool and hot tub were wonderful.
