Great staff, friendly and clean. Not much water pressure in the shower. Our room had plumbing issues.

I was very, very disappointed that the coffee (empty), hot water (cold) in the foyer were either empty or cold at 8pm. When I went back for coffee at 5:30am the next morning, nothing had changed. Sure, I could have made coffee in my room, but I prefer the already brewed. If it were not the serving hours, they should have had a sign... Coffee is very important to me. Other locations always have hot coffee at this hour.

Carpet was old and didn't look clean. Room smelt like a dead animal or extreme mold. The windows were dirty so you couldn't see out. The staff was really nice. Ended up checking out early because I couldn't stay in that. The staff received high score but a super bad room. It's the second time I've tried to stay there in last few years. Won't go back.

Very dirty hotel! Crickets, dead and alive, everywhere. Stained furniture in the room, AC didn’t work well, tub was dirty, sticky stuff all over the top of the dresser. Bed was uncomfortable. Checked out a day early. It was even with the $115 a night. Friendly staff.

The pool was the only bad part. It looked as though it had not been cleaned or shocked in weeks and was a mid-green color with algae.

Had to put my baby on the floor to crawl around while we were getting in and situated and had to give him a bath after because his hands knees and feet were black from crawling around.

Staff were great and available 24/7. Both outside and inside the property was clean but even with the two sets of doors being closed couldn’t stop crickets and water beetles from hanging around lobby. We stayed on the 3rd floor and even had a water beetle run across the room. I attribute it to the heat as the hotel temp was very comfortable.

This property is run down and in need of repairs everywhere you look , crickets in the hallways & in the room (3rd floor ) ??? The girls in charge of the breakfast are walking around on their cell phones I rate this property 2 stars would never stay here again nor would I recommend this property.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We even had trouble with one of my kids toys and they allowed me to use a screw driver, all the staff was very friendly to us and my kiddos which meant the world. Worth every penny! My daughter in particular says to have the Texas shaped waffles and the homemade breakfast items!

negatives: entry area tile floor in room was dirty and slippery, water pressure was spotty. we are big pool people unfortunately the pool area covered with bird droppings. pool/pool area looked dirty and stained. strong natural gas smell in pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s our second time staying here and surely it won’t be our last. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast is really good too! Lots of options even for my picky eaters.

Lovely entrance! The room was small for 3 adults; no sofa sleeper. Otherwise the room was clean and the beds very comfortable, front desk clerk very helpful with knowledge of the hotel and surrounding areas.

Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival. I notified the front counter staff. We left for a few hours and returned to the same dirty bathroom. We were told that it would be taken care of.
The pool are and surrounding area were very dirty. Too early in the year to swim though.

There was a pee stain on my sheets when i got there. Sheets had clearly been washed, but for some reason they decided that a pee stain was acceptable. Took about 30 minutes to check in due to some kind of computer error as well. The bed was also very hard, which is not my preference, but some people like it I suppose so I'm not really bothered by that. The pain job in the room was also a bit shoddy, and it felt a bit dated. I won't be staying here again, but I would honestly say it wasn't an overwhelmingly negative experience and it didn't hinder the enjoyment of my trip.

All was well. The hotel is being remodeled but had no issues with that.
Breakfast was good except for the lukewarm coffee. Staff claimed it didn't get hotter. I definitely disagree with that.

Clean rooms. Kingsize bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. It was a good place to stay. Great area. Shopping centers and restaurants walking distance.
