The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and provided the comfort we needed. One of the door on the dresser kept opening up for some reason, might have been a slight slant but everything thing else was great. Close to Disneyland and the area felt self.

A great comfortable and convenient location staying near Disneyland. Parking was easy and the staff were so nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We could easily walk to a number of restaurants as well. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and in a safe neighborhood. The room was very comfortable and nice. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the morning where we could get coffee and food before going to the parks. The walk to Disneyland was only 17 minutes and parking was free. Highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional job as usual. Really appreciate the tentativeness from the staff when I first checked in. The front desk clerk knew who I was and welcomed me back which that speaks volume and was greatly appreciated. The hotel room was clean and was placed in a high floor as requested. This was my wife and I anniversary and spent it well. Thank you all at Wyndham of Anaheim and we will definitely keep coming back in the near future, maybe a little sooner.

Hotel was clean, great location. I will stay here again. My only complaint would be that the pool was dirty and full of bugs and my kids are really looking forward to swimming in the pool and just couldn’t because it was too dirty. Also the hot tub was broken

This is our “go to” hotel when visiting the Disneyland Resort. Walking distance to the park and many dining obtains.

Our usual place was booked so we decided to stay someplace within walking distance to the parks. Worst decision. I know that you can not control the surrounding areas but once you walk past the nice hedges it is no longer Disney. Our parking structure was supposed to be secure as it was gated. That was not the case! Man was acting irrationally scaring myself and my daughters. The hotel is old and smells as such. Remote control did not work but there were no channels to watch anyway. There was a Starbucks in the lobby but it was so bad I ordered from across the street at The Hyatt House.

Great place to stay, even though it is overpriced! Beds are comfy and the hotel is updated. Lots of plugs. Love the dual shower head options (rain showerhead and shower wand). It is close to the parks and parking is included! There is a café that sells Starbucks in the lobby, but it is not the full menu. Their restaurant is quite good, but extremely pricey. I would definitely recommend staying for the convivence and comfort!

Submitted a inquiry (rather late on my part), but staff were able to accomodate when I showed up to inquire about it. When we later checked in, we arrived to our intial room to discover it was being worked on by maintenance. Front desk staff (Unfortunately, I cant remember his, but he also helped me in the morning) and the manager (Ozzie) rectified the issue by upgrading our room and were apologetic as they were not aware our room was being worked on. Rooms were nice, staff were friendly, amenities were great. Overall, I would stay here again!

This is our second time at the property and we will definitely be back. The staff are very accommodating and it is a great location nestled between Disney and the Convention center. I just wish the property had dietary accommodations for those with Celiac.

The water had an odor... it smelled like hard boiled eggs. The sink was leaking water on to the counter. The toilet was practically on top of the shower. You cannot open the shower door if someone is on the toilet. Toilet paper roll dispenser was too far from the toilet, which made it hard to reach from seated position. The flush button on the back of the toilet made it hard to courtesy flush. The water pressure was terrible.

Everything was very convenient. Near by Disney walking. The only downer was getting back to the room every night where there was a very bad smell coming from the carpet most probably.

This hotel is ok. The location is good but the area around the hotel is really dirty and didn't feel very safe. Garbage everywhere. Inside is mid. The elevators are really old and rickety the carpets are stained and just look kinda gross. The room was ok. Decent beds and decent space. Not horrible not amazing.

Everyone was great. Housekeeping was amazing. Every day we came back to our room with clean towels and beds made. Never wanted for anything. The only reason I couldn't rank you a 5 across the board were there was that you had a water bug problem. We found a dead one in our closet and one in the halls. Our friends said they come out in summer months so we didn't worry too much about it.

I am not a huge Windham fan, due to their time-sharing practices. With that said, this property was well maintained, with very friendly staff, and free parking. All of that less than 15 minutes away from the parks. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Very clean and the rooms were very well kept. We’re given adjoining rooms with our grandkids and that made it very special. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and inexpensive! 12-15 minute walk to Disneyland Had a good Starbucks in the lobby.

Stayed here for a week during D23 and then attended Disneyland. The hotel was in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to the convention centre and Disney, with quite a few shops and restaurants nearby. Ubers were easy to and from the hotel, and Knotts Berry Farm was only 10-15 minutes away by car depending on traffic. Staff were very, very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning stopped working in the room on the second night of stay, but staff were quick to respond and get it checked out. It wasn't a quick fix and we were therefore given another room which was a lot bigger for no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again.
