our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. I inquired what they use to spray that made it so fresh. I was told each house keeper uses their own freshener and the front desk had no idea what was used for ours. The front desk managers were very friendly and courteous. Even though we checked in early they got our room ready in a very short time period. I will use this motel again

The whole hotel smelled like a dirty swimming pool like they never wash it. The beds were very uncomfortable and everything just smelled weird.

Definitely get what you (don’t) pay for. Room was simple and pretty clean but the hallway and common areas stunk! Bed wasn’t too comfortable. Other guests were loud well into the night. Only stayed here to save some $ on a one night stay for kids soccer game.

The experience was great, but the air backing up in the toilet every couple of hours probably might bother others.

The property is fine it’s Expedia that’s bad, I’ve never once had a smooth check using Expedia, needless to say it will be my last

Just off of the interstate. Very easy to get to.

We have stayed here before and always have enjoyed our stay. It's close to family and they accept our pets as their own.

Outside doors had no locks. I walked in the back without using a coded card at 11:00 at night.

They need to decide if they're a hotel or an apartment building. There are so many people living there they don't respect those coming in for a day or two. Child screamed all night. Father screamed at him all night. dog barking running in the hall. Those who live there congregate late at night out front and their voices carry. Music playing late at night. Never again

Teller was nice. Its a room at motel 6. Its not bad. If you pay for a discount motel, there you go but they ok amidst all the expensive hotels holding their own. It suited what i needed.

Room is needing essentials like ironing board, flat iron. Staff isn’t very accommodating with late check outs.

It was amazing... Me and my best friend just needed a night away from everyone... The eve/night front desk receptionist JOANIE was wonderful... So friendly... I would recommend this hotel to anyone... JOANIE IS AWESOME ... So is the rest of the staff Ms.Dee as well...

Hotel staff very nice. Room was very basic. No where to hang cloths or coat. No coffee in room and only chairs to sit in were hard wooden school like. Heating unit was extremely noisy. Was not able to sleep much.

Smells like cat piss and flooring nasty!! Beds were awful!

I was fasley accused of an incident that happened 3 ,yrs,ago at another hotel. I was apolgized to by the corp who fasley accused me. Mistaken identity. I was denied my stay. I had to make reservation at another hotel. I had the hotel managers yell at me like i was a child over the incident which tbey knew nothing about. I was so upset and embarrassed in front of others who witness this manager. Her husband had to force her to the bk room. Childess of her action.

A couple residents had dogs that barked several times at latte hrs but no big deal. Staff and facilities are very nice

It’s what you’d expect. Quite a few people there had pets. Staff was very nice. Room smelled a little smoky. It was definitely what I expected for the price.

The people running the facility were great and very nice to deal with. This is a pet friendly facility, which I am okay with. However, it is very hard to get past the overpowering smell of cat urine in the hallways. It was almost to the point that I felt I needed to hold my breath when I left the room, until I got outside. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was very dirty. The floor in my room was very dirty. The table had rings on it where it hadn't been wiped down. The bathroom sink was clogged, toilet seat broken. I didn't stay, I left and found another place to stay.

Elevator not working. No coffee in the morning as they only had enough coffee for 1 pot. Hair dryer not working. Staff was nice.

For the price I didn't think it was worth it. People were loud at all hours, people smoking pot in the parking lot, animal hair all over the comforter, it smelled like I can't describe. If I could've cancelled the reservation after I walked into the lobby I would have.

Fireworks going off in parking lot hitting cars till 2 AM sounded like gun shots. Scaring us and our dog for 2 hours. The hotel did not offer to take money off our stay. The room was mussty smell and stunk like urine.

Everything was dirty. It smelled like a mix of a boys college dorm and a dog kennel! Staff was nice and check in was fast.

Clean room and very polite and professional customer service.

I booked the room, when I called to check on my reservation the girl was very helpful, my reservation didn’t go through, I re submitted it , things were good. When I arrived the same clerk checked me in she remembered me from the call the night before. I went to the room the floor had crumbs on it I over looked it. There was only one towel and I needed more than 2 pillows it was a king room. I went to the desk and she ask how things were I said fine. I ask for 2 more towels she said a king room only gets one towel but she had some stained ones she could give me. And I ask for a couple more pillows which she gave me. I went back to my room to get a shower before going out. There was very little water pressure, I couldn’t rinse my hair, with the domestic disturbance in the hallway I called to make a reservation at a nearby comfort inn. I got dressed and went to that hotel to finish my shower. I did tell her I was leaving and why. Soap in hair , I had to go. I hope this review helps bring this property up to par
