Stay at Tivoli proved to be perfect. Minutes away from everything. Service was wonderful and acomodations great.

It’s a bit dated
Not a lot of kids activities
Front desk is not very friendly
Beds were small, not true queen more like full size and they were uncomfortable

Cookies and coffee in lobby was amazing and Buffet breakfast was awesome

Hotel was so great and lodge feel was great. We did want more amenities ex: toiletries for guest like toothpaste , aspirin etc. coffee in lobby was not all day but am and room temp . Something’s need to be updated but the old feel was nice. Little kitchenette should have some bowls and plates for guests to eat in room if needed.

We love staying at the Tivoli - it truly feels like a home away from home. From the cozy and tasteful atmosphere, to the friendly and warm staff (including Racer, the hotel's sweet Chocolate Lab), the location to the comforting touches, Tivoli is our preferred place to stay in Vail. First time in Vail. Tivoli Lodge is perfectly situated so you can walk to the village for shopping and restaurants. Our room was quiet and spacious and nicely appointed.

The venue itself is gorgeous and in a great location. The staff at this hotel are a bit rude.
Also, they have a person that harassed us every time we exited to hotel to determine why we didn’t want to valet with them and spend $45. It was obnoxious. I’ve never experienced anything like it.
We chose to park around the corner in a nearby garage and their valet lead stopped us. Every. Single. Time. We left the building. He was trying to micromanage every facet of our trip. Strange.

We booked two rooms for an overnight stay. Marjorie at the front desk made arrangements for early check-in so our 17-month-old toddler could get in his afternoon nap. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles and warm "hellos."
The hotel is immaculate, very comfortable and a short stroll from Vail Village. Two thumbs up!

This place is great! The hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing I could complain about is our room is the lighting was little on the inadequate side. Otherwise I’d stay here again!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast(for $24) was disappointing. I’ve had much better for free at the Holiday Inn. We used the hot tub once. It had a bad smell and lots of floating bugs. It definitely needed service. We never went back in. The hotel itself is within walking distance to the free shuttle or town. Room was very comfortable.

The surrounding of the property is picteresque. The staff was not overly friendly but we’re accommodating when asked.

It was everything we were hoping for. My wife and I decided to go for a long weekend getaway and chose the Tivoli lodge on Expedia. It was extremely beautiful lodge very quiet with great views and very close to restaurants and shopping for my wife. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next year and would highly recommend it to anyone
