Quiet and great mattresses!

Our stay was not I hoped it would be. When we checked in the room we were given smelled bad and the bathroom was very dirty. I went to the office and told the agent on duty that the room was unacceptable and why. She offered us another room which we reluctantly accepted. It also had dirty floors, hole on the inside of the bathroom door and the inside of the front door was filthy. The ceiling in the room was nasty looking. I reported the dirty floors to the property floors and did send someone who cleaned the floors.
Another issue was there were men who looked like immigrants hanging around the outside of the room we were originally assigned.
The complimentary breakfast was okay. Would have been better if there had been some hot items available.
I will not be staying there anytime in the future.

I don’t like the room entrance from outside of the building. The bathroom was not clean and had stains in the bath tub. Also, I had to pay extra for the one cat apart from what I paid to Expedia.

The room is very dirty. It smelled like marijuana. I had to clean the air filters that were black and filthy. The ceiling had spots all over it, and the walls had holes all over it. The room next to ours the window was busted out. I would not recommend anybody staying at this hotel. According to the website, they were supposed to have a hot breakfast and they only had chocolate chip muffins, bran cereal, and a container, and frosted flakes you could make your own waffle. If you choose to they did not have sugar-free syrup. And they didn’t have nothing to drink but coffee.

Had 2 towels for 4 people and the clerk couldn't understand why we couldn't share. Also wanted us to use the towels for the pool as well. Room was dirty, shower didn't work right and was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable, refrigerator wasn't working well. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was basically non-existent with no drinks. Paid $20.00 extra for a non smoking room to being right near a smoking room and had to walk through smoke to get to the pool or lobby. Security on the door didn't work right. No one was available on check out to speak to. I was concerned with my 10 and 13 yr old being at the pool by themselves without an adult being there because of the people we saw. No one had a comfortable night.

I was the only person in line and check in took way too long. The room was tiny. The TV remote didn’t work and a maintenance guy had to come three times to get it fixed. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machine was out of order, no fresh fruit, warm yogurt that smelled bad.

I was asked to pay a $50 dollar deposit on a room, after front desk was rude for a room with a hole in the wall and a toilet that doesn’t flush. The shower water never got hot. I was extremely disappointed

Sink is cracked and needs replacing; wooden bathroom door splintered at the bottom. Management made aware and looking to replace items. We did not feel the need to request a room change.

Good overall. Sheets had some small yellow stains, but I was able to quickly get a fresh set from the manager. The pool was clean. There were a ton of old mattresses around the back; I guess that means the rooms were recently updated.

The room was moldy and the microwave was not plugged in-unable to reach wall socket. Someone entered my room after only being there approximately a day when I stepped out briefly. I did not like that at ALL. My personal things were laid out. Also there were some unusual request not mentioned until I got there- no visitors nor could anything come on the property to meet me

The people were incredibly rude. They illegally demanded to see papers for my Service Dog. They made me put a $50 deposit down because they did not believe my state ID was legal (I am blind and do not have a driver's license). The room was horrible. The sink was cracked. All you wanted to do was get out of there. The property was awful. We went to breakfast - there were 3 muffins, three cups of fruit. Slices of bread and yogurt. The juice dispenser was "out of order". I am handicapped and needed a downstairs room. They would not give me one (they were NOT full) and there was no elevator. This was a truly horrible experience.

We were pulling a large trailer and this Super * Hotel had truck parking at the rear of the property. About 5 large trucks parked there, still room for 5 more. We walked 1 block to a pretty good Mexican Restaurant. Rooms smelled musty. We made work.

There was a vent in the bathroom at eye-level that looked like it hadn't bee cleaned since it was installed. The bathroom sink looked like it had been broken into pieces and glued back together. The free breakfast was almost entirely breads and cereal, no meat, no eggs. The juice machine was out of order. The only thing that was gluten free was maybe the fruit cups and the yogurt cups.
