Average accommodation. Sadly tv service was intermittent at best, and continental breakfast was carb only.
Free shuttle service was a highlight.

This was our 2nd time staying there after our cruise. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly, we’ll stay again.

The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean. The floor felt clean under foot. A shuttle from the airport was included. For the price, we felt it was a good stay.

While we arrived it was busy with travelers leaving and coming they accommodated with early arrival. Breakfast was free with a basic continental selection with waffles offered. The rooms spacious the beds were good better pillows recommended. Location was convenient to shopping.

it was a short stay but it was just what i was looking for travelling with a big family. the room was quite spacious and the property is quiet and secure. checkin was quick and easy and the front desk staff was very pleasant.

I was very disappointed in the continental breakfast. The cereals were too sugary; there was only bread, waffles, crean cheese. There was no eggs, sausage or bacon available, which is what you would normally get at breakfast. That is a waste of time. I had to go out to get a real breakfast

I have to highlight the disappointment about the cleansness of my room.
1.) Room was NOT swepted or mopped
2.) Furniture ( nightstand) was sticking and dusty
3.) lining was dirty!!!! (YUCK)
These are essential staples that should be mandatory to be exceptionally clean, and they were not. Despite efforts made to make us feel comfortable, they did not negate the fact that I already felt dirty and uncomfortable. EVEN AFTER I RETURNED THE ROOM WAS STILL DIRTY!
The manager of housekeeping should be re-evaluated on proper state regulations regarding health and safety standards.

I think breakfast should be more then waffle and toast bread you can add eggs and bacon or sausage to the menu as well also coco for the kids my daughter didn’t eat breakfast because there was nothing she like about the breakfast stand

I booked a double room. The first room I was checked into was on the ground floor to the end of the hall. At the end of the hall was an emergent exit which I found ajar. Another guest had placed a rock to to the door to keep it open while he was outside. Safe to say that didn’t make me feel safe as I my room was next to it. Upon entering the room there was a rank odor. I was then moved to a single room with a sofa. The smell was better but it was musky. I asked to be moved the next morning as to not keep my brother sleeping on the coach. The manager moved us which I was thankful for. The breakfast was waffles, a fruit yogurt. cereal and toast. Room appliances need addressing. As a front office manager this is definitely not somewhere I’d stay again, regardless of the price.

I liked the shuttle from the airport. I didn't like the upkeeping of rooms or that there was only waffles and bread for breakfast, boiled eggs would have been nice.

I was very disappointed with the maintenance of the pool. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the pool. Not happy at all. I had to ask for them to see if they would clean it and the host said I will request it for tomorrow. :-(

The hotel in general was ok. I was looking forward to enjoy the pool (this is the reason I booked it) and it was dirty. I had to ask if they can clean it and the host said she was going to request to clean it. I thought hotels clean the pool every day, apparently this one did not unless you request it. The room was a little dusty, but manageable.

My family and I stayed 7 days . This hotel was fairly nice . The staff was nice and also helpful. My only concern is that the breakfast buffet needs more options it’s just to limited, also the pool surroundings needs to be upgraded.

Pros: Near to the airport. Friendly front staff. Close to dinner option at walking distance.
Cons: smell mold in room. No egg served in breakfast. Only waffles juice coffee and bread with Jam. Thought may be they ran out so asked attendent and she was surprised as eggs do not exist in this part of the world. Video of breakfast area in the review.
Over all good for one night stay as we are cruising from miami.

I am planning my next trip to Sleep Inn. The staff are friendly and professional. The area is quiet and safe, the rooms or very spacious.

We stayed after our Cruise and they let us check in super early in the morning after we Embarked and they had a shuttle to the airport that left early for us to catch our flight.

I like the fact that they do not take pets. I have nothing against pets. But if i want to see animals on my vacation, i will go to the zoo. Thanks Sleep Inn for keeping your hotel pet free.
