Stay was good. Room very clean and twdy when we checked in

This hotel is pretty rundown. We had two rooms and both had issues. One door wouldn’t lock and the maintenance staff was unavailable for at least an hour so we had to move everything out of the room for security reasons while we went to work. Other issues included visible mold in shower, someone else’s hair all over the shower curtain showing poor cleaning between guests, broken faucet, dirty carpets, deep dips in mattress, etc. It’s time for major renovation. We ended up abandoning our reservation and moving to another hotel.

Bathroom door was broken, elevator was broken and was difficult because I am partly disabled at the moment and using a knee scooter.

This hotel was a mess. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. The AC was mediocre at best, so sleeping was uncomfortable. The room was not clean… some sort of small floating specks in the tub, the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned and had a message written on them from the previous guests when the steam gathered, a small smear of blood on the doorframe, and the sink stopper was broken. The vending machines for water bottles was also broken. When we told the front desk about some of the issues, we were told that they didn’t have maintenance on site during the weekend so they would take a look on Monday. We were checking out on Monday so it didn’t help us at all. Not a pleasant stay, and I would warn to steer clear and spend a little more money for a better stay somewhere else.

Very dirty, elevator broken, bad smell, told us about vending but all out of order, no ice machine, have the ability to make ice in room with over night freezing, something sticky on bathroom door handles, bed uncomfortable, plus the wife and I very itchy from bed and small bumps.

Tv had issues, phone didn’t work, a roach was in the room, and you have to ask for the kitchen items and lug them up to your room instead of having the room already setup for guests to enjoy the kitchenette.

The room was clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the bathroom light/fan of an adjacent room was left on all night so the buzz got a little bothersome. The location is perfect!

Please do not stay in this hotel. They are roaches in the bathroom. The bed is uncomfortable to ppl sleep. This is the worst place ever. Old carpet and the bathroom has craps the place smell like wet dog piss. I do not recommend this place. The manager is not good. Ope the room door when people are sleeping . The manager is rude and management are baaadd.

Extremely outdated and rundown facility. Broken cabinets in room, old and extremely loud appliances running all night long. Filthy pool which was even closed down at one point. Only a few nice and customer service oriented employees, Andre and Mina the maid. Both the General Manger and Assistant Manger were rude and unapologetic about ANYTHING! This was my first and last time at an Extended Stay Facility. And it was very disappointing! Stay elsewhere.

Very convenient to Air Museum and restaurants, ground floor and very quiet. Would highly recommend, and very reasonably priced.

Brian at the front desk was super nice and very informative about the local dining. Room was a good size for our family of 4 and very clean. Only issue we had was the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t lock. Not a big deal as we knew when someone was in there.

Extended Stay America is the best bang for your buck. Very clean, helpful caring staff and you get a kitchen. Also has the biggest room that I experienced in that price range.

Everyone at the property was phenomenal!!! The front desk staff was very courteous and answered every question that I had. The stove top was awesome as it helped us save on dining out constantly. I would definitely recommend Extended Stay at Palm Springs to anyone!!!!

It was great, for me, bc I had a studio apartment, full kitchen (I'm vegan) and I forced to cook my own meals so this was most awesome. The room and facility are kept clean, the pool is perfect. I would def return to this location.

We stayed 4 Nights. There's no ice machines on any floors. But you are provided a refrigerator with a freezer.And ice trays. Breakfast was not even a breakfast. They had.
Coffee, Oatmeal packages, Muffins, And breakfast bars. Not motorcycle friendly.

The stair was comfortable. The area was nice. But our room did not come with the sofa bed that we requested.

There was hair in the sink, the elevator is too small, and I was not told nor notified that staying in " this area can expose you to lead from brass valves and fixtures". I noticed the sign when I checked out.

The hotel was great. Right next door was the Marriott for $60 more. The extended stay offered a great kitchen and was very clean. Brian at the front desk worked hard to provide good service. Great value.

Checking in was like a scene from an Elmore Leonard novel; too odd to anticipate, but so crazy, it had to be real. The experience with the desk staff defies description in less less than five paragraphs, but needless to say, in all my years of traveling (including as a touring musician with band,) this was an unusual experience. The room was advertised as having a “queen bed,” but the full bed was all that we found in the room. Clean, bug-free, quiet, so all in all, the Twilight Zone check-in notwithstanding, not as bad as anticipated.

My friend and I stayed for the weekend and the stay was great. Room was clean and the ac was already on. The stove had 2 burners which were more than enough to make a simple dinner. Coffee and light breakfast option in the morning was very nice. Staff was very friendly, talkative and accomodating. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.
