Friendly staff, clean hotel, great location and excellent breakfast.

Wonderful place for one night couple’s stay. Clean and quiet - white noise machine on site minimized traffic sounds. In-room Breakfast was delicious. Noah at front desk was very helpful.

Great stay, front desk staff was great. We had a minor issue in our room when we arrived. We were quickly re-roomed and comped a bottle of wine. Great breakfast served in your room also, would highly recommend!

Friendliness and clean

The staff were so helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect! It was about a 15 minute walk to downtown Napa through a nice neighborhood.

The hotel location wasn’t hard to navigate, I love the room it was cozy and the bathroom was huge with tub, my daughter and I will definitely come back again, oh before I forget the breakfast was a room service and it was great.

Staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. One thing that stood out was cleanliness. Never in my life had I stayed at a property where every detail was spotless. The sheets and the towels smelled wonderful. We will definitely return here next time we're in Napa!

We were there for 4 days celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. The inn was perfect - loved the breakfast delivered to the room every morning as well as the evening social hour to sample local wines!! We definitely will stay again. Also enjoyed the walk to downtown Napa and convenience to the highway when we went to explore St Helena and Calistoga.

We loved the extra amenities of this hotel like the breakfast and the wine hour. Also, Albert at the front desk was amazing. He made us feel welcomed, helped with dinner recommendations, and was a joy to chat with.

Sheets are not clean. Pillows are all flattened out. Need replacement. Good breakfast.

The property was in excellent condition the front desk was efficient and helpful when I could not find my phone charger. The room was very clean and smelled fresh in the bathrooms were impeccable even got to use the fireplace when the weather got down to the 70s I would stay there again

The room was surprisingly big. They have a pretty good breakfast included. The staff were very welcoming. If I were to complain about any little thing, it would be that I would’ve liked the shower to be able to get a bit hotter. I would definitely stay here again though and recommend it.

This establishment was incredibly perfect. It’s less than 5 minutes from downtown Napa. The highway 29 which you will use to get to all the wineries in the Valley wineries is even closer. The Inn isn’t full of amenities but what it lacks in that category it makes up everywhere else. First, we were greeted by Albert (who was the greatest), after check in, Albert informed us about wineries, food, and entertainment. The inn provides breakfast with your stay (everyday), and it’s included. There is also a free tasting between (5:30-6 or 6:30) in the lobby (DAILY), a perfect way to start off the trip. West of the Inn is a shopping center that provides charging for electric vehicles and includes Tesla superchargers. Everyone in the town is very knowledgeable about the napa area and are very willing to teach. This was the best experience and quality for money spent. If your on a budget trip, this is perfect which allows you to have more funds for bottles of wine to take home🍇🍇🍇🍷

I stayed here for a work trip. The room was great the jetted spa tub was amazing. The room its self was cozy but the bed was quite firm. The common areas were a bit warm but my room was very cool and comfortable. When I checked in there was no one at the desk and I wait a few minutes but then walked back outside. I came back about 10 mins later and there was an attendant checking in another guest. After the wait the check in was very easy and attendant very friendly. Overall this is a great little place. There is no attendant after 8 pm but I had no issues that needed attention. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff say the go home at 8pm but if you have an issue you can call them after 8pm. The AC unit started fsiling in our room so I went to the desk at 7:30pm and no one was there, they had altready left. I tried xalling and it just rang several times the hung up. No way to contact anyone. I was going to let them know at check out but there was no one at the desk in the morning at 8am. Verry disappointed with the customer service and had a miserable night.

Just off the Hwy but you cannot hear the noise. Got a first floor room next to the elevator. Avoid if possible.

Loved our stay here! The staff were great. Our room was nice! Comfortable and spacious. Loved the breakfast brought to our room. And their complimentary happy hour is definitely a plus!

Nice place to stay!

The front desk was excellent. We needed a late check in and they went over and above to make things super easy for us. The rooms were nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Convenient to freeway and our friend’s house but not really much available within walking distance.
