Address is incorrect, could not find hotel. Tried to call hotel and could not get anybody to answer. Ended up staying at a different hotel.

It was clean , staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, room had plenty of space. I would stay again.

The crontol remotes is not working, and they charge for a one more night.. and now a need call bank to cancel the transaction.. is no fear 😡😡

I booked online. I didn’t realize that it was an outside entry motel and not an inside entry hotel. I prefer the inside entry. The coffee and breakfast was very disappointing. I would choose another place to stay unless you like the above information.

The property was nice cleanliness, good we had a little issue with plumbing in our room. They did not hesitate to move us with no problems. Great experience, wonderful location not too far from a lot of family activities and restaurants. I would definitely stay again reasonable priced.

Very dirty unsafe place the tv did not work the shower also was not working properly also it was a strong smell of mold.

My daughter and I were very disappointed. The floors needed cleaned, the air was off so it was hot in the room, (it did cool off nicely by the next day) the sheets and bedding was stained, the decorative pillows were dirty with different types of stains, the wash clothes were stained up - I did ask for different bedding and towels and felt like at least they came from a “clean closet” in the office. We had to change everything though/ maybe that’s normal though. The woman at the desk was less than friendly but the man was pleasant. The breakfast really was nonexistent and the office/space it is held in feels dingy and dirty. The outside space was pretty gross and it is very loud inside the room from outside noise. The pool looked nice but we didn’t spend any time there in order to swim because the hotel was so uncomfortable. I know this is silly but we were on the second floor with no elevator. Ice machine was working but missing a piece so it was loud and the ice came out crazy. I guess you get what you pay for but the pictures on the listing 100% don’t match the hotel in real life. Sadly. I did add one pic of the worst bed, we ended up sleeping in the other bed together as it was the least dirty/stained. I’m sad to leave a negative review but I should have read more before I stayed.

Friendly and easy check in. Large room. Comfortable bed. Great for a place to sleep for the night. Reasonably priced.

Good value for that area

Dirty and not professional at all they didn’t have a room when we got there. Also kept bugging us about the pet fee when we have service dogs, which is illegal.

The deadbolt on our door was not lined up properly so it did not come close to locking. The AC was loud and would not stay cold. The entire system was outdated with no temperature setting at all. The ice bucket had black grime in it and the coffee pot was missing parts so it was impossible to make a cup of coffee. Overall it was doable for our one night but I will definitely not stay there again. When I shared the concerns with the front desk staff at checkout they did not seem to care too much because they didnt write anything down to convey to the staff.

The room was a mess when I get the room, they’re moving us to a new room and was okay, beds has chocolate crumbs, and the breakfast was a joke, no bowls for cereal oh no! Terrible stay!

The staff did not clean or restock the room. The breakfast consisted of cereal, small muffins, or bagles. Nats were in the cabinet with the muffins. The coffee was cold at the office and not restocked at the room. The magnetic key had to be swipped 5 to 6 times to work.

We ended up packing our stuff and leaving at 3 am because of bed bugs in our room.

No breakfast option, noisy near freeway, parking limited, needs a hot tub/pool

It was OK for a quick overnight stay. It was clean and they had good TV channels. The overall place is pretty dumpy, though, and it's right off the highway, so you hear the traffic continuously.

Definitely worth the cost...inexpensive however the room was above in niceness...

My stay was decent. The room was semi-clean, the microwave and fridge needed mor cleaning. I did not like how I could hear the freeway all night.

Nice sized room with excellent AC. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Almost nothing left for breakfast at 8am. Just a bowl of apples, dry cereal, and instant oatmeal. Room card didn’t work and had to be replaced. Telephone in room didn’t work. Electric outlet between the beds didn’t work. I tried to charge my phone and had to plug it in at the bathroom sink area to re-charge it. Will not stay at Howard Johnson again

TV and alarm clock in the room do not work.

The room was comfortable and clean. However, the drunk college age kids came in drunk and wanting to party both nights , and we did not sleep at all. The first night , I didn’t complain, becaufrany we were scared . I was with my daughter . The second day , they came in drunk around 10 pm .. and I knew they were going out Again. For the second time at 2:45 they came in drunk , screaming , music concert level and roust. I called the front office and he did speak to them . But it didn’t help . The two nights we were there … we did not sleep !!

When we arrived to check in I immediately noticed it was more of a motel rather than a hotel. Checked in got the the room and you could tell they had been updated. I was okay with the room since it would just be a one night stay. We went to do some shopping and had dinner returned to the room in the evening around 10:30 pm. We were getting ready for bed, after showers and we noticed the pillow cases and the sheets were dirty. The sheets had yellow and black stains, and hair from other people. I tried calling the front desk but the room phone didn’t work. Call the front test from my cell phone spoke with front desk clear asking for another room since, he kinda laughed and said well we are fully booked for the night. I asked for someone to come up to change the sheets. He said he didn’t have anyone. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t do a refund because it was prepaid though a third party. He then said he had one other room we could have. I went to the front desk to get the new room key. I get to the new room flip the pillow and it has hair on it. I took the front desk guy to the room to show him that this room was also not clean. I went back and again asked refund and he said he couldn’t do that. I asked for a manager he said there wouldn’t be one till about 10 am. He then said he had one more room that we could have. The room was checked and the beds were clean. When had to move rooms at about midnight.

Building seemed to be the original. Some effort to paint and upgrade. Outside was not the cleanest. “Breakfast” was very simple toast, bagels, packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, fruit loops, and coffee; no fruit or fruit juice.
