Incredible location, fantastic staff. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway.

It was really nice we left early due to my daughter getting sick. We left Sunday morning instead of Monday morning.

I accidentally booked a king bed when I needed two beds. That was my mistake. However there was no option to change when we arrived even for a larger fee. The room we received was very small with a very small balcony. The bathroom door was broken when we arrived and remained broken our entire stay despite our maintenance request. Not a great place. On a good note. The front desk people were very pleasant and friendly. They just couldn't help us.

Love the proximity to the beach and all of the amenities

This resort is incredibly amazing. Very high-end feeling, service is top notch and they have several restaurants on site. The beds slept so good which I do not always experience. Everything about this resort is incredible. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing place for a quick getaway or a long vacation! Staff was so attentive, food and beverages were delicious, room was beautiful. Costs more than reasonable and a real value for the beauty of this resort and the high level of customer service.

My absolute favorite place to be on the Gulf Coast! Beautiful and quiet with the most convenient food and drinks at a beautiful pool and beach!

PBR has been our hotel of choice since 2000 on the gulf coast. This is the first time I’ve even considered writing a negative review but our stay this week wasn’t up to the standard we’ve been used to over the past 20+ years. The bed in our room was the most uncomfortable that my wife and I have ever slept in. It was to the point we considered leaving early and booking another hotel for the duration of our trip because neither of us was able to sleep. I’m disappointed because I constantly sing the praises of PBR and encourage anyone headed to the gulf to give them a try. We are going to be extremely leery booking our next trip and unfortunately will probably be moving elsewhere for future visits.

This was our first time to the Gulf Coast and Perdido Beach Resort. Check in was fast, complimentary valet parking was a nice touch. Staff was great due to a medical issue I forget things easily. The staff was patient with me I know I asked several things more then twice. Grounds around the resort is nice, clean and kept. Inside is just the same, nice and kept and the staff very friendly. The room, our room had a gulf coat view and it is just that a view of the Gulf Coast. We could see all the way out to the horizon, and my wife saw a dolphin twice in the inlet jumping out of the water. Room included, small refrigerator, coffee maker...the usual. Here is my only complaints about the room, no microwave, and the bathroom pocket door handle is on the wrong side if you are in the bathroom with the door shut, the handle is barely out of the wall. Door is mounted backwards or opposite of the way it needs to be. We recommend this hotel. My wife said we are already going back.

All the employees at the resort that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful!!! They all had great customer service! The coffee shop and poolside bar were our favorite places!! The walkway to the beach was very nice and the property was very clean. We will definitely be staying at this resort in the future!

The staff was amazingly nice. There was confusion on the times everything on the property was open till, but there are many options. The property looked amazing. Everything was laid back, comfortable, entertaining, and close to the beach. Being a holiday, we do wished places would have stayed open for us to have a few options for the later crowds. Everything was perfect here. I am only being picky. Everything about this place is beyond great. The staff truly deserve noticed. They definitely help create the experience, down to the landscapers. And to know this place is still family owned only makes you want to be a part or it!! Thank you for everything.

The property is well maintained and our room was spotless. HOWEVER for $350 a night it is ridiculous that they won’t allow you to use a luggage cart, the self parking is horrible, and there is not even a microwave in the room. I get they want you to use their valet and bellmen for your luggage but that is an unnecessary added expense for most people and it is unacceptable that we are essentially punished for not using them. We will not ever stay again.

Great location and amazing staffs from fronts to maids. Indoor pool is super tiny, more like a spa size. Outside pool is too shallow.

The Views were WONDERFUL; the best way to unwind. Food was GREAT at Latitude 30. We didn’t try Voyagers, but we definitely will next time. Hubby and I had a romantic and relaxing Anniversary. We will DEFINITELY come back again.
