This is a great place to stay in Yakima

Everything was fine except the refrigerator. I had important liquid medication that needed to be kept cold and the refrigerator froze it. Now while I’m on my trip, I have to have the medication replaced, which is going to cost me over $80 because your refrigerator did not work properly.

The room we got was very clean. We enjoyed having a small balcony to enjoy the sunset and the view of the river below.

There was a cracked pipe under the sink that wasn’t apparent until 10:00 at night. Water poured into the floor and flooded the entryway. Unable to have running water for the remainder of my stay. No maintenance staff on duty. No offer for a reduced cost.

room was nice but the sheets were stained like they were washed but needed to be replaced. the floor had been swept but not moped. The morning staff was rude and did not interact with the breakfast customers, pushing through to change out the coffee.

The positive-the bed was comfy and a beautiful view of the river. We were on the third floor and wow I have never heard such a noisy ice maker! It echoed thru the entire floor
The bathroom was a closet and claustrophobic.
Breakfast was not good. All microwaved food.

The property was just old and run down. The bathroom was NOT clean. Hair and dirt in every corner. The staff was great though and the Mexican restaurant next door was delightful.

Close to the freeway that I had to use a couple of times so that was convenient. I found the whole place clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone heading that way.

Stayed there for a night on my drive back from TX. Pleasant and friendly staff. Room was really good. Clean, big, and with the riverview. Has a balcony. There's a Mexican restaurant next door that serves good food and drinks. Breakfast in the morning was also good (bread, bagles, muffins, DIY Waffles, eggs, juice, coffee etc.). Can take a walk by the river. Overall, a very nice and peaceful place.

I enjoyed walking along the the riverfront. Very nice property and maintained very well. Laundry facilities were kept secure with room card entry. Walmart store and gas station is located across the street.

Comfortable beds, cleanliness is a priority at this hotel, quiet, nice pool and hot tub, staff is great especially Nicole whom before me get checked in and extend my stay!

We did appreciate the balcony overlooking the river and the hot tub soak to soothe our tired legs from walking all over the Olympic National Park and the Mt. Rainier forest walk to Silver Falls. Yakima was a great stop on our way home. The bed was super comfortable, and there was only a little stomping noise from the room above us (we were on the third floor). The handicapped accessible room (not needed or requested) had a showerhead a little low to use, but the rest of the room was laid out nicely for us. The complimentary breakfast was good, with hot choices like waffles, eggs and sausage gravy/bisquits. A bonus for us was that the EV charging stations were on site.

Check-in was very slow. The young lady was doing her best but when the line is five deep and one guest has a problem with his business' card it would be better to have more than one person staff the desk. We had an accessible room which was accessible but the bed was so low to the ground it was difficult to get out of. The room needed updated as well. Also thought the $150 deposit was excessive.

We were on the other end of the office, as far away as possible, and when we signed in and went to our room, found our card did not work, so husband had to go back to the office and get them to fix it. Then after we came back from an outing, the card no longer worked, so he had to go back again. Also I told them first morning our coffee maker did not work, they did not fix it.

Amazing view of the river and balcony was available to sit outside. Rooms are clean. Hotel shows its age but nothing a little paint and caulking to conceal any imperfections. Breakfast included the normal foods you would eat at home. All amenities included in room.
