Great hotel breakfast could be better

This hotel is a great option for your trip to Disneyland Paris. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and fairly quiet if you stay in what they referred to as the “calm” area. Also fairly spacious for two people, at least. We had a short stay here to visit Disney Village one day and the parks the next. The team was very welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had. The free shuttle to the parks is good, but be warned that it can fill up quickly (especially coming back at the end of the night) and make sure you’re following correct pick up/drop off schedule. This hotel is also right across the street from the Val D’Europe shopping mall, which we enjoyed exploring for an afternoon. There is even an Auchan supermarket if you need an option for picking up some groceries for your extended stay. Overall, a very good option for your Disneyland Paris visit!

Great hotel close to Disney - highly recommend

We only used the hotel to sleep, we needed two rooms close together as we had kids. They provided that without issues. We didn't have the breakfast option as kids wouldn't have made use of it considering the cost & that they are vegetarian but there are many breakfast cafe options nearby. There is a shuttle bus to Disney that is great only comment is doesn't operate from midday to 5pm so no option of coming back for a rest before going back for the evening show. Overall, highly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and Disneyland Paris. The train station is just around the corner and the hotel provides a free shuttle service from outside the hotel going to and from Disneyland.

Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, close to Disney, very clean and comfortable.

The Disney shuttle was great. Dinner at Le George was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was the best with lots of options. Shopping centre across the road was amazing with loads of food places and two huge supermarkets. Train station two mins walk. Quite hotel with respectful staff. The elevator didn't work a couple of times that we were there and the air conditioning in our room was a little noisy but honestly it wasn't a huge problem. I would definitely recommend.

We extended our stay in Paris to visit Disneyland, but wanted a hotel that was closer and this was the right choice! Great location - only 1 stop away on the RER or the hotel has a free shuttle that takes 5-10 minutes to the parks. Rooms are very nice and spacious. A variety of restaurants are close by, and there is large mall across the street. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient location to Disney without staying at Disney and paying Disney prices.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a few around the world. Small but well turned out, staff were brilliant. Hotel was clean and the room was perfect. Walkable distance to trains and the Disney parks. I would highly recommend and easily return here.

Charming hotel just a train station away from Disney! This was a very convenient location for our purpose. You’ll be at Disney in 15 minutes or less depending on your mode of transportation. We used Uber and were there in less than 5. This location is also right across from the Val D’Europe mall which has great shopping options, including a massive grocery store, with an incredible selection of wine at great prices! We ran into our AC unit failing. The team was on it immediately, but unable to solve, so they put us into another room as quickly as possible and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The staff were fantastic, always willing to help with a smile on their face. I would come back to this hotel for sure.

Great hotel, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was expensive onsite but many other options in the area.

**Pros:** 1. The area was really convenient for going to Disneyland and shopping in Val d’ Europe. 2. Felt safe and there was less noise all around. 3. The hotel itself is aesthetic and clean inside. 4. The lobby is modern with tons of food to choose from at their breakfast buffet. 5. The food was really good. **Cons:** 1. As a hotel hosting tons of tourists, this facility simply didn’t have a TV channel suited for English-speaking tourists. They had French channels and one English channel that was only playing BBC. 2. There was no other TV entertainment in English. No platforms like Netflix or even just YouTube. 3. No option to connect your phone to stream things because their smart TV didn’t connect to the internet. 4. The AC system is weak. I set mine to 16°C, and it felt more like 24°C. The lowest you can set it is 16°C. 5. I asked for room service from their restaurant, and they charge you an extra 5 euros for it to be delivered to your room. This should be included already, especially for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. The point of room service is to get your stuff delivered to your room.

Very cool place and very clean. I would recommend the hotel anytime. Also any time I am in Paris I would like to stay in the hotel again.

Great location for Disneyland with a free shuttle bus provided opposite the hotel. The shopping centre is also opposite the hotel with lots of shops and restaurant. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Pleasure to stay here and will definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay close to Disneyland.

Great place and very close to Disneyland with free shuttle right outside. Ohh and did we mention the most amazing shopping mall outside the main entrance with an aquarium and food court inside? Simply perfect if you can’t get a spot at disneyland hotels.

Good spacious room close to Disney via shuttle bus. I usually stay in here whenever we are visiting Disney. It’s our 4th time

Easy metro trip to Disney, large mall just across the street, room very large and spacious. Had issue with some hotel repairs outside our door waking us up but the manager was fantastic about quickly rectify the problem, reaching out personally and even giving us bar credits which was thoughtful.

Comfortable stay in general, however had an unpleasant incident. Hotel has Superhero reward program - when you stay more than 1 night you can hang signboard on the door with request for cleaners don't come. When my family of 4 were sleeping cleaner entered the room to reward me with 5 EUR token that can be used in the bar. Management, you need to find less invasive way of giving reward.

Breakfast is fabulous here and the shuttle to and from Disneyland is easy and quick. You can also easily take the metro from the station just a minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for a Disneyland Pairs trip.

Nice stay

We had an amazing stay. The highlights were the property's cleanliness as well as a terrific location being close to the RER station and tons of shops. They also have a free shuttle to the Disney Parks.

Perfect place to stay

Loved our stay here while we visited Disneyland Paris! Everyone was so nice and helpful and the room was very comfy.

Nice room, modern, comfortable, tidy and quiet. Hotel staff really nice and friendly. Close to Disney Paris and to the Val d’Europe mall, but about half hour drive to Paris city centre.
