I had a great stay in this hotel. Everything is perfect.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful; the food was very good and the rooms comfortable and very clean. The Arca is good value; business or pleasure; this hotel ticks the boxes.

This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel, it is a 2 star property. I was hosting a guest and was quite embarrassed because of the quality of this hotel. It is far from historic Spoleto and as we arrived at night it was a bit of a pain to walk here from the station. As a two star hotel it is just fine but I searched and paid for a three star hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful. They gave us a map of the town and told us the best places to park for sightseeing. Free parking at the hotel and very nice breakfast. Very convenient location.

Thankfully we only needed to stay one night as a stopover en route to our final destination!! This hotel is situated at the side of the dual carriageway with a petrol station directly in front of it(but is only accessible by taking an exit slip road and driving around to find the back of the hotel) The hotel is tired and very dull and dingey - by no means modern - all that was missing was the tumbleweed rolling by - in its favour our bedding was clean and happily the shower and the aircon both worked. There were no dining facilities available as the restaurant happened to be closed on that evening - but Spoleto is a lovely town with lots of options for eating out so that was no great issue. The staff in reception were very good which is more than can be said for the staff in the diner when it came to breakfast - breakfast was a basic (which is absolutely fine - everybody can do self service when everything is there to enable to to serve yourself!!)and a tiresome experience having had to ask for a bowl so that our daughter could have cereal we then had to wait until a waitress came back to the diner to ask for a spoon and some milk to accompany it - try telling a 5 year old to be patient when it comes to wanting to devour breakfast!! It wasn't even busy - there was one other family in the diner with us and they actually got fed up waiting in the end and left!!
