very good option to stay in Jaca. Lovely rooms with plenty space. The hotel itself, the small city of Jaca and the region allow plenty options concerning culture, hiking, climbing, sports.......we would appreciate to come again!!!

Lovely hotel located on the top of a hill with lots of steeps to climb. Check in a bit of a disaster with long queues and one receptionist. Manager floating in and out and did not seem to care. Rossa in the bar, while lovely and friendly seemed to be dragged to the restaurant most of the time. Long waits for drinks as a result.

A quick stop over,a bit noisy as wood floors creaked. Sink tap loose.

It doesn't get better than this in Jaca. The renovations are great, the location is as centric as can be, the service was great, and the size of the hotel is small and cozy. Between this and the Reina Felicia, we'll go back to this (Gran Hotel) for sure! The only downside is parking availability.

The room was very noisy. You could hear other people in the corridors and next door rooms. The hotel is very well placed to wander round the town.

We were so pleased to have chosen this hotel for a one night stay, whilst en-route from our home in the Costa Blanca, Spain to the UK. From checking in to checking out we were treated with the upmost courtesy. We were shown to our room with the receptionist carrying our bags for us, as there were a few steps to climb and he could obviously see that my husband has walking problems. The room was clean and large, with air conditioning which adjusted at the touch of the switch, which was just what we needed with the outside temperature being 37.5 degrees at 6pm!! The hotel is located just off a Main Street which has a great choice of drinking and eating places, but not so close as to be a nuisance to you in your room. A great Spanish atmosphere awaited us here. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of fresh juices, fresh fruit, cereals, cooked meats, fresh tasty bread, tomatoes, jams you name it. The waitress served us with fresh coffee at our table, and even offered to toast the bread for us in the kitchen. Would recommend this refurbished hotel to all.

It's a great hotel to stop at overnighton the way. Excellent service. Breakfast was good and the room was very good. It's right in the centre of Jaca and walking distance into the town with lots of restaurants/bars. Not far from the tunnel through to France.

Went into town and found a lovely tapas restaurant.

Very well situated. You can walk to the castle and to a very nice restaurant area. This is a nice spot for a sinple mountain adventure. I Was told that is special in winter.

We asked for the same room when rebooking a second day, where told OK, when in hotel was given another far inferior room without a view, then we where told to wait 3 hours until 3pm and a room with a view would be ready, at three we where given a room without a view anyway. Very annoying experience.

Centrally located, clean, well maintained and with friendly staff. You really would struggle to find better value for money. The only drawback is that there is no garage available so if you are arriving by motorcycle it will be parked outside in the hotel car park.

Triple room with ample free parking for motorbikes. For an additional cost motorbikes can be parked in locked underground parking In the center of town so restaurants are within a short walk Lovely clean rooms Will stay again

A large hotel. A little worn at the edges. Good restaurant with large outside pool and bar. Rooms basic but good comfortable beds. Bathroom clean and tidy with modern ceramics. Staff very helpful and reception staff speak very good English. The hotel has about 25 parking spaces for guests and therefore if full you have to find roadside parking in the surrounding area. Stayed for 4 nights late July 2016.

Very satisfied! Found the beds uncomfortable as it was two single beds put together rather than 1 double one - apart from that, very helpful staff, really clean room and amazing location!

Easy to find. Jaca is defiantly worth a look. The town is very friendly with good restaurants. All the guys on big bikes liked it.
