This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed. There were two full size beds in one room and a futon in the other. The room with the futon did not have electricity and in the morning, we realized there was water standing on the floor. Everything was dirty. We had already been moved once because they tried to put us in a 'smoking' room and had to pay extra because this was all they had left. It was after midnight and we had an early morning so we were only there to sleep for a few hours, otherwise, we would not have stayed.

Walked into the room it was nasty turned around and told the desk nope. I guess you get what you pay for thats why it was 1/2 the cost of the other hotels around there.

Stains throughout, though not on bedding. Bathroom doors didn’t lock and were hard to shut and damaged. Floors were oily. Cockroaches behind the bed. Whole room appeared worn and in bad need of renovation or at least a coat of paint.

Bathtub needed a good scrubbing , i guess the staff was not there for the clean course and the pool was not available

I did not like the bugs and bed had burn holes and burn marks all over the bathtub and was not cleaned and you just got 2 bath towels and if you stay more then one night you had to go and ask for more clean towels

It was false advertisement through Experian was supposed to get the caveman suite ended up being a regular room asked for handicap accessible did not get it I have titanium rod and my left leg my husband's a veteran and did not get military discount

The breakfast was ok. Heard fire trucks all night. Was centrally located on the strip.

We will be lucky if we don't have black mold poisoning! The mold & mildew smell in this place is nauseating! I would guarantee NO upper mgt Wyn employee would be caught dead in this place. Actual water droplets blow out of the air conditioner. This is like being in a third world country, it's in such poor condition!!! I had driven 600 miles that day & was exhausted or we would NEVER HAVE STAYED, once we smelled the room & saw the terrible condition!

Motel is pretty run down. We got in very late, and at least still had our reservation. Shower curtains were falling off the wall so the bathrooms flooded after each shower

The property is in desperate need of updating not to mention fumigation. First thing I saw when entering my room was a dead cockroach on window sill, then a live one on toilet paper in bathroom… Definitely do not recommend!!!

Very comfortable beds, Very nice lobby area & rooms were great also!

Tv didn’t work. Didn’t deal with it because it was late when I got there. The carpeting on the stairs was old an uneven, a tripping hazard.

Pictures made this look like a clean safe place. There were lights missing, holes in the bed, and everything was worn and disgusting. I have pictures of it to request a refund. We wouldn’t even stay there.

Room was hot and not cleaned well. There were used towels in the dresser. Breakfast was poor variety and coffe was not that good. Also no lids for the coffee cups to go.

The hotel took my money and I never even got to check in the power was completely out someone owes me 140 bucks

I did not end up staying here, the man at the desk was very nice. But we went up to our room and it was on the second floor and I felt like i was going to fall through the floor, then the bed had stains all over it along with hair, the bathroom so so dirty, and it smelled weird. The air was not on and it was so hot in the room the air did work but not well. There was a lock missing on the door. I went to the desk and told him there was no way that I could stay there and he did offer me an different room, I thought there is no way that a different room could be better so I said no. He told me they would refund my stay with in the next 30 mins, I had to call back 2 hours later because it still was not refunded but they did end up refunding it sometime in the night.

It had a cottage feel in the room.

Reserved the Hawaiian room and got out in a king bed room on arrival… want a refund

Quiet neighborhood

Room had an odd smell. Upkeep very lacking. Did not have the theme room I booked, had to settle for a different theme. No hot water in sink.

Room was clean,/ beds clean and comfortable restroom needed more towels. Office personal was very nice, the gentleman that took care of the breakfast buffet. Was very polite and helpful. Biscuit and gravy was good, only needed ice for my orange juice

property looked unkeeped door to room was missing second lock air conditioning was not on when arrived at room air conditioning would not stay running tv did not have a remote to work it multiple trips to front office with no resolution to problems

This place is ridiculously nasty loud and staff is rude

The only good thing I can say is the desk clerks were friendly. Nasty room, woke up to a mouse in my food. My drinks disappeared from the fridge. The sheets were not changed all week and the rooms need an update. My shower had actually been painted!! The toilet would barely flush and the entire experience was horrible!!

Dirty poorly maintained and rundown. The room smelled horrible. The fact that they can get away with charging $150 for a night in this room is criminal. Do not stay in this hotel.

Tried to cancel room because the room smelled like marijuana and there were “furniture stickers” used as dresser and nightstand. Bathroom was peeling plastic in tub liner and run down. Was a motel, not hotel.

Staff at check in was not friendly. Computers were not working and no back up plan to check customers in. Requested additional towels and washcloths for the other guests in our room and they did not have washcloths. We were given 2 for 4 guests. Next day requested towel service and only received 2 sets for 4 guests.. Bathroom door was warped and stuck when opening and closing. Breakfast gravy was gross and watery, at bottom of crock with an hour left. No butter for toast or waffles. Biscuits were dry and crusty. Not enough plates out for guest and no napkins.

Room was OK, could smell smoke from adjoining rooms. Door did lock but door frame is not secure and anyone could have broken into the room.
