Relaxing stay. Clean room and surroundings.

Very clean and comfortable place. The receptopnist in evening hours (man) provided very welcome greeting and great advices about the place for dinner and answered other questions. For price that Amabassador Inn has been offered in Hotels.com and "walk in hotel" price, it can't be beat. Location is an excellend as well - rasy reach to CapeCod towns.

My wife has limited mobility. There was no availability on the first floor for a kIng bed . We then found out the hotel had no elevator.
We wanted a king room, which was reserved by me. Additionally the faucet was coming off the sink. The free breakfast was at best bad. The food was stale.

Non expensive stay here easy to find from road they have plenty of parking staff is very nice at check in easy to find my room, once getting to are room was clean air conditioning was great only complaint was the bathroom had stains on the floor and the door to the bathroom was really hard to shut or close other that great stay close to everything you need

My boyfriend and I went for 3 day stay. The staff was not friendly at all. The continental breakfast was horrible. They have tv's but in order to watch anything good they charge you 😒. One of the worst beds I've slept in in the 20plus year's of going.the parking lot was full of dips and cracks that we tripped on/over many times. Will NEVER stay here again. The reviews we went by were VREY untrue

The property and room was very clean. They have one indoor pool and 1 outdoor pool that are very well kept and clean. Property is in a great location, close to so many things including restaurants, shops, beaches. Housekeeping came in daily to replace towels, make beds and remove garbage. Only downfall is our room was up stairs and there is no elevator. This wasn’t necessarily a huge problem, just not convenient with alot of luggage.

I had a terrible guest above me, screaming kid @ 2:30 am, jumping up and down running across the floor til 3 am.
reported it, they left, then another mirror image running, jumping morning, then late at night.

Great stay with our grandson. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was great for free. Conveniently located to everything. Both pools open late. And the price for August at the Cape was low. Don't let the low price think it's a cheap hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was good bed made a noise like a drum beat when getting out of bed and door didn't have a tight fit light came in from the hallway. The pool and hot tub were great inside never tried the outside one. Front desk was wonderful ordered ferry tickets and parking online and it wanted you to print the parking pass so they let me send them the email and printed for us.Breakfast had all the basics coffee, muffins, juice, cereal, yogurt, hot food, waffle maker, and often fresh cut watermelon. Would stay here again. convenient to the ferries without quite so many people around and not far to go to National seashore.

I would definitely stay here again. Me and my husband stayed for a few days and overall we were very pleased. Front staff was very friendly - both pools were very clean. Convenient location -
Flaws - bed was squeaky, breakfast was not the best (hot items were cold) but okay if wanted a quick snack (yogurt, cereal, coffee, bagel)
It was definitely better than I expected - we would stay again!

Everything during our stay was excellent. Only two things to note: No elevator to second floor nor assistance available for baggage handling. We are elderly and it was tough to carry everything up the steps. No microwave in the room although there was one available 24 hrs a day in a Community Room on the first floor.

The room was nice and so was the pool. However, our room was directly off the lobby & across from the pool so there was no resting. We could hear everything. In the morning a delivery truck parked right outside our room & delivered items. It was soooo loud & woke my son. I was cranky as I got no sleep. I went to the front desk to see where the breakfast was and the woman at the desk (of note the woman when we checked in was super nice and someone different) said “good morning to you too m’am, breakfast is over there.” She said it very snappy. Yes, I didn’t say good morning to her first but is that a requirement? I was half asleep. Our room might as well have been in the lobby that’s how close it was.

We were very satisfied with our room and how efficiently and quickly our room was cleaned everyday of our stay. The continental breakfast was good, enough to get you going for the day.
We had family staying in Dennis. This was perfect location.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean and well kept. They had a hot breakfast every morning from 6:30-9:30am, an outdoor pool that was spotless and an indoor pool with a large hot tub. Also there was a sauna. The property was clean and updated and very well managed. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

The grounds were very well maintained and the room was a good size and looked remodeled. The bed was decent but not great. Breakfast was a traditional spread. There isn't a lot to do around the propery other than a pizza/liquor store. Looked to be the nicest kept place in the area.
