The hotel was your basic La Quinta but our room had carpet that was felt like it had just been steam cleaned and were still wet. It was more humid in the room than outside. The sheets were probably the roughest sheets I've had in a hotel in a long time. We were just there for a night so it served its purpose.

The room was clean. Bed linens smelled like bleach, which is good in my eyes.
Our problem was the room was very damp to the point where it when you touched the counter it was wet and sticky. The air conditioner worked, but could not pull the moisture out of that room. The next morning, when we went into shower, there were cockroaches in the bathroom

It was dirty, the ac let out a stinky musty smell. The pool was disgusting as well.

No cover on electrical outlet, not good for traveling with a 5 and 2 year old. No drain stopper for the tub, no bath available. No stopper for lavatory. Internet was rarely available. Very limited breakfast. Just not a good stay.

Check in took longer than normal, I have to swipe the credit card card twice but the whole check in process took quite a good time and we were the only ones doing the check in. The hotel is not new but was clean.

It was a nice location, friendly staff, clean.
The night staff wasn't available to handle the loud guest yelling and playing or upstairs running over us after 10 pm.
Made several calls.
Overall we would stay again just had 2 rough nights rest.

Room was very spacious. The grandkids had room to move around. Very comfortable. Plus had 2 tvs. So while they were watchng kids friendly tv. We could watch news or whatever we wanted.

Security and feeling secure is a huge must! Staying solo, I make sure doors are looked (entrance & adjoining room doors). But I don’t usually have to worry about windows … at this La Quinta I DID … it was completely unlocked and unbolted! Anyone could have just slid it open and slipped in! WTH!!!

The suite was very spacious, it has so many accommodations will definitely reserve again, there were a variety of choices for breakfast which was great. Staff was very helpful. Pool was open which was a plus. The only thing I can find wrong with this hotel was the fixtures in the room either didn’t have light bulbs or the light did not work .

Sketch sketch sketch. Looks like an abandoned renovation attempt you can see signs of everywhere. Sketch crowd, sketch room, shower leaded into the hallway… with the shower curtain pulled.
