The kids loved the pool! It was just very loud at night.

The room was nice but the room smell like mold also bathroom was not cleaned properly hair in shower also on the floor other than that nice place convenient! Needs new rug in the room also. Breakfast was good! The people were working were great! Sorry didn’t bring my swim suit.

My wife and I could not find a room for 50miles that night got off turnpike and it was like heaven there. Front desk attendent was very friendly and took into the middle of the night 230am check in when giving us a price.. Great place stayed 2 more nights!!!!

It was a good night stay. A little tricky to get to from the turnpike though. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire and the breakfast the next morning

Our room smelled musty, I would assume because there wasn’t any kind of ventilation system in the bathroom. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would come back if we ever visit the area again. The hotel was conveniently located for us, just a short drive to Jim Thorpe. It was surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the turnpike and the staff was very friendly.

I had a great stay at this hotel I was only there for one night on business, but the staff was friendly, and the property was very well maintained. My room was very clean and the bathroom appeared to have been remodeled recently. There was an outdoor propane fire pit for guests to enjoy in the evening. The indoor pool and a small fitness area looked very good too, although I did not try out either one.

Other than my room being next to the laundry and stairs so it was loud people going up and down the staff was amazing they let me check out at 1:30 due to having a late Drive in late check-in also I left my robe there the staff was nice enough to find it and hold it for me so I could come pick it up they went above and beyond very nice. They also let me light the bonfire to sit outside and relax by myself definitely will be staying again the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Could have had bacon and more eggs though for breakfast they ran out by the time I got down there at 8:30.

Rooms smell like mildew. The ac units blow air that stinks.
Ac units need replacing and or cleaning.
I am an HVAC consultant and suspect that the units have not been maintained properly and also are not the type of unit that can dehumidify, they can only cool or heat.
that is why the rooms are very cold and the air is super humid.
Several complaints about smelly rooms from others.
The owners should contact an HVAC consultant and correct the problem.

Room was a bit dated and had a bad musty smell. HVAC filter was filthy so I imagine the smell came from that. WiFi was painfully slow. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A lot of noise from the guests directly above but some people just have no home training.

Excellent hotel near Jim Thorpe and Beltzville State Park. Nice, comfortable, updated rooms only issue was that you can hear everything going on in the hallways and outside. Good breakfast, coffee, tea always available. Great pool, good hot tub. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Staff was friendly and conversed with us any time we went in and out. They even informed us and applied a discount that we weren't aware of, saving us nearly $100 off our stay.
When we arrived, there were used contacts sitting on the night stand next to one of the beds however. So the rooms could be gone over a little better between guests.

Very noisy from main road and turnpike toll booth traffic. Barely got any sleep.

Heads up to the staff for keeping positive and managing the best they could during storms that took power and internet out. With no clear timeframe for when the massive outage would be restored I didnt want to face sleeping in a hot no air conditioning room with no power, no water and therefore no morning shower no flushing toilets and no breakfast. I left and no promises were made that I would get a refund. Drive 5 hours home arriving home at 2 am.
