Very easy access to get into NYC. Overall clean I didn’t have any issues. Walls were very thin and you can hear conversations and people walking in the hallways. Bed was very stiff and kept me awake. It’s a value hotel, you get what you pay for. Probably would not repeat.

Teri le location. Terrible experience. My kids and I can't sleep due to a loud air conditioning unit. It sounded like a diesel engine.. we couldn't sleep all night and it was very cold freezing so I have no choice just to leave the heart on.
I contacted the front desk.. they couldn't do a thing about it. So I end up leaving a day earlier..

The hotel was clean and much nicer than we anticipated. The beds were comfortable and the room was much larger than we expected. There was even a heat-less fireplace for ambiance. Worked amazing for our family to stay just outside of NYC but close enough to easily travel in. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good and we even waited until an hour before it ended to eat.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Housekeeping stole my bracelet worth over a thousand dollars.There was nothing done to compensate for the theft of my bracelet not even a refund on my stay there that was way cheaper than my stolen item. Theres roaches crawling everywhere. Very dirty and smells of smoke everywhere. Over all just an awful experience. Never coming back. If the housekeeper that stole my bracelet is reading this I hope you die slow and karma will hit you. Thats why ur just a house keeper to a cheap hotel and u will be only that for the rest of your life since you have nothing else going for you.

Stayed for 2 nights but had separate reservations due to a change of plans. Spoke with front desk when checking in was told we were checked in for both nights. Had to move rooms after 1st night because water was dripping from ceiling into the bathroom.,when we asked about moving turns out the clerk only checked us in for the first night., coffee maker and hair dryer did not work in room. No coffee available after breakfast was put away.,
Rooms were really loud. Heat turned on every 10 minutes or so and it sounded like. Freight train running through the room

Someone peeped in the elevator and it was left there no one cleaned it up even after I said something. When I went to bed and the sheets were dirty. I wasn’t comfortable so I checked out early.

Hotel was clean and up to date. Had a very comfortable stay and breakfast was ok for what you would expect at a hotel. Close to the bridge to go into the city and has some food options near it. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Never again. My room had roaches and gnats. I complained to the front desk. The manager wasn’t available and I was told they would reach out to me to resolve, I NEVER heard back. I stayed 6 days and EACH day I killed roaches. My main entry room light was broken so I had to use the bed lamp to light up my room. I complained, it too was never addressed. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!
Loudness was out of control, children constantly running around in lobby and during breakfast. I was tired but I guess I will rest when I get home!

The hotel was old and everything was run down looking. The whole place smelled like marijuana. One of the elevators was broken and the ice machine did not work. The TV remote had tape holding in the batteries .

The room was clean and smelled very good. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and spacious. The food for breakfast was excellent with several different options. The location is close to Times Square in Manhattan by bus or car.

Room smelled like smoke even though it was "non-smoking". Key stopped working part-way through stay. Limited breakfast options with poor set-up. Surrounding area not optimal for families and beds were metal frames that made lots of noise. Trains also audible at night.

Stayed with family twice in July 24, 15 mins to port authority via shuttle that costs $3.5 per person. The only drawback is that it is good 15 mins walk to hotel and difficult to manage if you have large suitcases.

Hotel location is good and staff is really helpful. Breakfast option is good. Only issue I had with WIFI. It had really bad WIFI coverage in my room.
