Great view from the 27th floor but only 2 unairconditioned elevators were working so it took awhile to get to and from room.
We did have a maid let herself into our room a few hours after we checked in. I don’t know what she was looking for but she left when she saw us inside the room

Elevators are down somedays but they try to work on the problem by having staff attend to elevator on reception floor. However, going back down can be a huge hassle- especially if you’re on a top floor. Shower head was completely ruined, water spraying in all directions. Lights for bathroom mirror would turn on but would dim completely out within a few seconds. Not much amenities but store/restaurants connected was of great convenience. Pretty view from balcony with the occasional stingrays sighting! Overall an average ok stay.

No towels in room when checked in, next day they did service picked up dirty towels but did not leave any towels again had to call for them

The first rooms we got were old. It had old appliances and in one room there was a big puddle of water and it smelled like fish. The good thing was that they were able to give us different rooms.

I like the ocean view.. staff service the are confuse they maje ypu sing so many unnecesary paper work for everything you do they need to work in do improments in te property is very old and is nt related with the clima event they still have room key a regular key no electronic key wich is not cnlofortable they need to work hard t9 compete with other places in mexico.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Rooms are dingy and dirty. Stains on the walls and furniture. Extremely outdated. Everything looks like it was caked in white paint, the lobby is sad. Needs an EXTREME facelift. Will not be staying here again. Not nice or pretty at all. Owners should really invest in a remodel as it would bring the place back to life. Stayed with my 9 month who possible did get a fungal infection idk :( 0/10

I rented 3 Rooms and one of them had a very bad smell and had a water leak in the bathroom and they reported 3 times to customer service and they never came to check

Found a few insects in the room, sheets on one bed where reap, and the bed had a sunk part on the right side, the draining on the shower was so slow.

Property was not as in listing. The bathtub was non-functional and the kitchen didn’t have equipment. These were prime features why we booked here. We asked twice for kitchen utensils and still they didn’t come. Towels were also not received in a timely fashion. My bed had a distinctive hollow in it.

Easily one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed whoever runs the place should be fired. Overall the property is nice and frankly if I had basic services like water and power I would give it 5 stars but 2 of the 3 days I was there those were off. The property should of had the power back up within a few hours no excuses not even for Mexico. But overall a nice hotel just need water and power and hot water. The one day I did have water it needed better boiler even tho it was hot I still like warm water.

The room itself was very nice with a beautiful ocean view. The room has a queen and a twin bed with a sofa bed, a small kitchen and refrigerator. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door that was very hard to close and had to slam it shut every time which made a very loud noise. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

This is not an international friendly hotel.
1) The beach is kind of private but there is nothing else, it looks insecure and there's people hiding from the sun under a big structure (seems like a bridge)
2) Rooms have metallic security gates, do not know why but it looks "again" insecure and creepy
3) Valet parking is not enough. if you arrive late night, they just tell you they do not have any more room for your car. Just like that
4) Staff looks friendly, but we did not find anyone who speaks English

For the price, it was perfect! We loved having our own refrigerator in the room, as well as a table. We love having a place to read or play games when we are in the room. Also an added plus that we had a two burner stove, cups, a pot and a spoon to be able to make coffee in the morning! What a surprise! We enjoyed it. Yes it was old but clean and a beautiful view!

Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms only at the pool and lobby. All rooms are different and some are newer than others. The view is nice from any room with ocean view. It was on sale when we got the rooms so it was nice rooms for the amount we paid.
