When I arrived I asked what time the advertised restaurant opened to be told it wasn't open. I booked this hotel for the restaurant so I didn't have to go looking around an unknown City for somewhere to eat. I did look around but couldn't find anywhere with parking so had to settle for a burger meal !!! Also at breakfast there was nothing in the heated section and the workers were sat drinking coffee uninterested. NOT recommended.

The rooms were satisfactory, comfortable and clean. They were in a separate block from the reception and dining facilities. The dining service in the evening we were there was slow; there seemed to be a lack of staff. Limited menu for evening meals. There was a wide range of food at breakfast but the hot food was not kept adequately supplied. All in all, satisfactory.

Good value for money, convenient location next to the motorway, secure locked car park. We arrived late and the reception was closed but the security guard was very helpful and got us to the room.

The staff speaks a little bit english and really tries to communicate with me, which is a plus point! the hotel is more like a motel but food was great and room is well equipped.

Restaurant fermé alors que c'était la seule raison de notre choix Campanil. Prévenu de l'absence de restaurant que le soir en arrivant à 20h45

Stayed one night with the family in two rooms. Did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised - not big room, but cleans and the beds were fine

Getting my luggage to the 1st floor is very hard. No refrigerator in room.

A basic hotel with safe parking, close to the metro needed if going into the city centre. Didn’t realise I had to pay €8 to park but not much choice if you didn’t want to park. The room was basic it did have a kettle and tea and coffee, the room could have done with a better clean. Lots of cobwebs in the corners and above the wardrobe, would stay here again if was in the area.

Decent Dinner B&B close to the highway and practical for what I needed to do.

The hotel is located out of town in an area mainly occupied by a large teaching hospital complex and nearby dental school. There is a metro station (CHR Oscar Lambert) a few minutes' walk from the hotel, with trains every few minutes, taking only 10 minutes or so to get into the centre of Lille. There is also a bus service (number 10) that departs from outside the metro station, taking around 40 minutes to get into Lille. The hotel itself is a motel-style layout, and once you've collected your room key from reception you can access your room without needing to use the reception. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but fairly basic, with a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms are modern and spacious, but the bath in my particular room was very small. The main reception building has a bar and restaurant and the hotel is situated in its own grounds with a grassed area and car park.

Perfect location for day trips to WW1 locations in any direction from Lille.

Our stay was "OK", the hotel is of course a budget one so you can't expect too much. It's right beside a train line but that didn't really cause any issues for us and we were in the room closest to the train. Overall I would only recommend it if you're on a tight budget. Wasn't too impressed being charged 10 Euros for parking too!

It was a quick stay. Good accommodation, comfortable room. Hotel located in about 5minutes from metro. Satisfied spending 3 nights there.

Motel type accommodation, basic but clean. Restaurant attached was simple and good.

A wonderful motel style hotel, excellent facilities. Just what you need for a journey break.

Expedia messed it up as this was not for a family of 4. Not sure why we were reserved for 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were kind enough to accommodate us somehow and food was ok.
