Motel was perfect for our quick overnight stay for our long drive from SC to MA. Front desk associates were very friendly. Everything was clean and beds were comfy. I’ll definitely stay here again when in town.

This hotel is getting , old chips in the porcelain in the bath room curtains were in poor condition . Walls thin heard people outside in the smoking area and in the next room . The toilet didn’t flush completely, several attempts with little success .

Our first room was dirty, water stains on the table, hadn’t been vaccummed, there was a tissue in the garbage, looked like the sink had just been used, they had no issue changing our room, thankfully. Second room the ceiling looked like it was falling apart and got fixed and slabbed on a paint color completely different from the room color. Property in itself was nice, it was a little expensive in my opinion, but it served its purpose for our trip. Would stay here again, just hopefully the rooms are cleaner

Property was clean and so were the rooms. The only thing that bothered me was that the room felt damp. Otherwise staff were very nice especially during breakfast. Breakfast has a good selection. Front receptionists were friendly too

Beware of this hotel's pet polcy. While checking in I was informed that it would cost $35.00 per night for our 15 lb. Cockapoo. The extra $70.00 charge was not appreciated especially when they didnt come in to clean our room on the second day. I guess you have to read the fine print at the Sleep Inn's website. A terrible charge!!!

First floor room - smelled like a moldy shoe closet and the shower tile was gross. Door was crooked and you have to push with your whole body to move the front door otherwise door won’t latch. Floor was sticky. Alarm clock wasn’t set up to proper hour and lamps all crooked. Location is in a back lot. Couldn’t sleep all night due to the odors so I left as soon as possible completely unrested. Nice staff but do not recommend as a hotel. Nothing nearby.

No shower curtain no bath towels. Front desk would not answer phone . Amanda the front desk lady was sleeping couldn’t wake her. Had to get a staff member to wake her up. Told us we should call Expedia and get money back..this hotel should not be on their website

The pool was not open, it's Summer and we picked this location based on a pool being there.
The tub was DIRTY and only had a hand held shower wand that could not be attached anywhere to actually shower. There was no shower curtain.
The hotel smelled bad, like sewage, in the halls.
There was no ice available.
The fire alarm on the wall began beeping as if the batteries were dead, very early on Sunday morning and could not be stopped.
The provided breakfast was underwhelming and the food was unappetizing.
For the price we paid, it was terribly disappointing to not only not get amenities like the pool, but not even basics like a decent night sleep, or a shower.

After a long day, there was no one at the deck for us to check in at 11:00 p.m. After waiting for someone to show up for 15 minutes, two people pull up in a car, jump out and come in to check us in. Very shady!
We get to our room and literally had to bust the door open. The key was working, but the door was not. Turned on the tv and there was no signal. Couldn’t even relax once we got in the room. Would not stay here again.
Having said that, the staff running breakfast was extremely pleasant and very attentive to the guests. It was a good ending to a disappointing experience.

In the first room we were given the door was actually ajar and pillows were all over the bed and was not finished being cleaned. The next room the trash was full and it included a bloody rag.

Do not stay here. Filthy rooms, fecal found on the sheets and walls, the closet and drawers had someone else’s clothing which was evidence the room hadn’t been cleaned. And that was only the room given to us after complaining about the first room which was as filthy. We left the hotel after driving nearly 1,000 miles and ariving late in the evening. We had to scramble another place to stay (The Holiday Inn Express 15 min away was much cleaner!) The person at front desk was apologetic and offered to speak with Hotels.com to be sure we weren’t charged for the room.

The first room we check in on May 18 the bathroom was dirty someone had either used it or someone forgot to clean it. The second room they gave us after the first room, smelled like mold the ac was off smh. I wouldn’t stay there again. I’m constantly going to Scranton atleast once a month and normally stay at Home 2 suites by Hilton Dickson city. We never have had an issue it’s clean.

Had a bad experience regarding loud neighbors. They said they have a quiet time which is 11-6am but people were loud all throughout the night and standing in the hall talking extremely loud. My girlfriend had a hard time sleeping but I was knocked out.

Shower and room needed updating and painting ,water flow was too low for shower. Furniture needs updated as well. Refrigerator needed to be de-iced.

Our first room, the TV didn't work. Switch to another room and the phone didn't work, there was black mold in the shower area and they were doing plumbing work on graduation weekend, which resulted in brown water for half a day. After requesting to repair or replace the phone and to clean the shower. They never came by on a 4 day trip. They came to fix the phone but replied, it needed to be replaced and never came back. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper within the 1st day of being there and couldn't even call downstairs for it. We had to go down request it and they never came..had to go back down to lobby for supplies.

We had an envelope to place a gratuity into for Houskeeping but we never even heard from or seen a houskeeper over our two night stay. We did nor experience and housekeeing service not even to change the towels for the second day. You would have to call and beg for more than a single day per person set of towels. A screen was hanging from our window and the shower seat was not supported on the inbord side and started to collapse when I places one foot on it to wash it. And there was a hole in the other side of the tub which must have been made during instalation. It appeared that there was now supervision nor oversight of the work being performed.

This is by far the filthiest hotel i've ever stayed at! The bathroom was the worst definitely has not been cleaned at all hair in the tub counter on the side and on top dirty. i ran to buy my son shower shoes so he wouldn't touch the tub bedding was gross with black stains on it! Cleaning is the worst of it but the walls were paper thin and the group of men that came in at 12:30 and talking and laughing and playing music woke me up the walls are paper thin here i don't recommend this ever!

The hotel is okay. Not great, but not bad. Very middle of the road. The bed was comfortable with a good selection of pillows. On the downside, they only provided 2 thin towels for 2 people. Plus the shower was in a weird curved wall area and pretty dark.

There is a weird smell in the rooms and throughout the hotel. I think its the cleaning products.
The walls are super thin. People in the next room where having a conversation and kept us up all night.
Our TV was broken. Informed reception and no offer for restitution.

Stay was reat from check in to check out. Front desk staff were really first class, friendly and extremely friendly. Room was exrea clean , beds were comfy and had all needed amenities to make our stay reat. Also the breakfast guy was efficient funny and great at his station.
