It was a nice hotel! Very peaceful and really relax.

Rooms were clean and staff was lovely

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. Shower was clogged up. Hair in bathroom and in the jacuzzi. Dirty mirrors. Bed was hard and furniture was outdated along with a ripped leather chair. Bathroom lid was falling apart and fridge was loose. Totally not worth the money. Will never stay again.

After reading other posts. I have to report that the elevator IS IN FACT WORKING. I have seen no problems with insects or the carpet. I have seen nothing really wrong on the property at all

It was clean and average looking. The remote control of TV didn’t work, the phone was not working in room. The WiFi was terrible.

They gave me a key to an occupied room.

At arrival was notified elevator was not operating. Put on 3rd floor. Very exasperating.

The elevator was broken, the only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor. The pillows on the bed flattened all the way down as soon as you laid on them. Very limited seating in breakfast area. Being placed between a busy restaurant and another hotel getting in and out of the parking lot was hard. Even harder to get a parking spot.

Elevator broken. Breakfast could be better. Clean and quiet.

Elevator out of service. Ice machine out of service. Carpet was dirty and needs attention. Refrigerator needed ro be defrosted.

It was amazing they made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were so soft and comfortable.

Broken elevator and washing machine

The checkin was excellent, but the elevator was broken and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to room.

Gym wasn’t working. Phone didn’t work in the rooms. No body came and cleaned the rooms during the day while we were gone. Elevator didn’t work. Ice machine on the first floor didn’t work so we had to go all the way to the 3rd floor for ice. Very inconvenient for the price we paid.

My stay was not a good experience. First off the elevator was not working when we checked in friday. Then late Saturday night the guy @ the front desk came knocking on our room door clearly after we had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN on the handle. I answer the door he says that he messed up my reservation when I had already been in the room over 24hrs. I didn’t understand why he didn’t pick up the phone to call the room. Then he says he’s sorry but he may be back. He never came back to the room however. I woke up Sunday morning only to see that I had been charged an extra $195 on my card. Which makes no sense being that I had already paid for my room when I checked in. On Friday afternoon. Foolery!!!

Our a/c wasn’t working properly and they replaced the whole unit!

Place need to be shut down and remodeled. Ac did not cool. Bed sagged a ton and was too hard. Very old, had to speed cross wise. Bugs, not bed bugs but silver fish type of bugs. No clock in room, coffee maker was a 12 cup maker with a single serve coffee pod. Only saw the person at the front desk once when I checked in. No one around when I checked out. Don’t stay here was not worth the $130.00 I paid per night. Bad choice on my part.

Everything was broken or out of order. The elevator stayed out of order. The vending machines were broken and /or empty. The breakfast was awful. Not a comfortable stay at all.😞

This was a family trip for our family. I reserved two rooms, the hotel did keep us close together as asked. However the rooms were not comfortable. One room was missing a mirror on the wall and each of the beds were extremely hard. The hotel cleaning service was right on time each day however they would take our towels and not replace them with clean ones (six day trip). I had to go to the front desk twice to ask for towel. One time I was completely ignored as the man sat in the room listen/watching something on his phone. I was able to walk to the laundry room were a lady was folding towels to asked her for clean ones.If you have valuables I suggest you put them away as we left drinks in the back of our truck and since there are other hotels (two others and a restaurant) in the same parking lot they say there is no way of knowing where the theif was staying. On our second day there my daughters necklace was stolen at the pool and we were told they would check the cameras, but never heard anything else from them. Hot Springs is a beautiful place to visit.

The stay was great, loved everything about the hotel only problem we inquired was the elevator stopped working our final day so we had to carry our luggage downstairs we were on the 3rd other than that we would gladly stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

It is close to the areas we wanted to visit. Quiet area.

This place is a dive and management doesn’t care! The pool was saturated with chlorine making it unbearable to be in the pool area to watch our kids. The vending and ice machines were broken and the carpet buckled in the hallway as as pushed our luggage to our room. To top it off, my husband slipped getting out of the shower due to poor cleaning habits in the bathroom coupled with no anti slip measures or handle for safely entering/exiting the shower. He got a 10 inch gash on his back from falling backward into the corner of the wall, caught his shin on the wooden shelf under and sink and sprained his ankle. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund so we could find a better place to stay our 2nd night but was told due to booking through a 3rd party, he’d need his managers approval but she doesn’t work on weekends. I filled out an accident report with my phone number and was told she’d be in at 9a on Monday. We asked to speak to Julia on Monday at 9:30 and was told she wasn’t in yet so we left a message with a different front desk attendant letting him know we wanted a phone call from her. We don’t hear by 2p so we called and were informed she had just stepped into a meeting. We left our phone number and still no call back or communication. We even received an automated text asking how our stay was and I rated it a 1 and got an automatic reply that someone would be in contact but we have heard nothing from the GM. This place and management is a joke!

The phone didn't work. There were tornado warnings, so I asked the man at the front desk to let me know if we needed to take cover. He said he would, but I ended up in the dining room with others just in case. This employee was exemplary. I didn't get his name, but he had just returned from vacation if that helps identify him. He answered my questions and helped me with directions to the Arkansas Passport location and Enterprise car rental. He also told me about the price break if I ate at the restaurant next door and mentioned that I was staying at the hotel. They did take $1.75 off my bill. One of the lights was out in the bathroom and one on the right bedside table was out as well. I didn't let the front desk know about them but did pass along that the phone didn't work (as noted above). The gentleman on the morning shift also helped me with directions the next morning. I'm normally not that nervous but didn't want to take a chance on getting lost and missing my appointment to get an expedited passport.

Carpets needed to be retrenched. Upholstery ripped on chair. Blackout curtain needed repair. Room smelled musty. Halls had smoky smell.

Just an overnight stay….

The pictures look SO much better than the actual Hotel. The carpet inside the hotel was as old as the Hotel. The rooms had new flooring. The room was also clean but smelled horrible. Suppose to be a smoke free facility and our room smelled like an old dirty ashtray. The customer service was excellent. Parking for free. The ice and drink machines were both out of order. House keeping never came to clean the room. There is no cable!!!! They had 2 local channels , You have free WiFi. So have your devices charged. The heated pool was a heated pool room. The water was not heated.

There were so many inconveniences. Our first room air conditioner didn’t work. The room we were switched to TV & Refrigerator wasn’t working. All ice machines & vending machines were down as well. The staff were friendly though, which was a plus.

Not the best- WiFi did not work TV did no work— front desk said hey knew and were sorry; breakfast was mid — basically one waffle maker Pro— a/c blew cold and was able to sleep and get a shower
