The staff made the stay for my family comfortable due to me being in the hospital. We have stayed here several times over lea last few months and have been very happy... thanks to all the staff. I did leave something there on one of my stays and whas not turned in... my fault for leaving it. Thanks anyway

The room was extremely small, we could barely walk around without bumping Into furniture. Bathroom was not clean, bathtub had hair in it.
Air conditioner was barely working. Very outdated and not worth the price at all!

When I checked in it smelled got to room and while all signs said no smoking it seemed like there were using some king of powdery smelling substances to cover the Oder. On second day the cleaned the room and took towels on the floor but forgot to replace. On time the room smells fresh. Upon checking out on Monday discovered the source of my breathing problems. While it says no smoking of any kind anywhere. The manager felt burning incense at the front desk was normal and the cloud of incense smoke billowing up to the 2nd floor as there was a overlook and stairs leading up to that floor where my room was and that hall to my room was so strong and smoky. When I asked about he was like “people like it”. Well people like smoking and smoking pot but you don’t allow that any where on the property how is this incense smoke any different?

Didnt get room we reserved. Accomodations were nice however. TV was very loud in next room till 2 in morning

The first room they put us in had a broken door (off the hinges) to the bathroom. It smelled a lot like bleach. They came immediately and gave us a different room. We found a very large bug of some sort. The front desk was kind and helpful and the breakfast options were great. It is just a bit more run down than expected.

The stay was ok. The back of the dressers were extremely dusty and dirty. Microwave didnt have an outlet to be plugged into. The outlets at the head of the bead were broken. Had left something in the room from previous stay 2 days before and never was turned in. No ice machine on 2nd floor and hot tub broken. The stay was ok could have been better but there are worse

When we got there they informed us that our king room want not available and just 2 bed rooms so we too it when we went to our room it was the door was open we asked the front desk and she came to look inside said everything was ok then when we were making our self’s to go to sleep looked around and was very dirty like it wasn’t cleaned also some kind of insects by the door I took some pictures not up to standards very disappointed

Bathtub in my room was sinking in the middle and water couldn’t drain. I don’t know how long the water was there but it was dirty. There was also a hole the bathroom molding.

wife had a medical procedure the next day it's close to the hospital. Staff was great if needed we'll stay here again

Overall it was a pretty good place to stay. There was water in the bathtub when we got there. I’m sure it was because the tub dipped in the middle, but it could have been dried out by housekeeping.

Had the wrong dates for our reservation, due to some family issues- because we booked with another company (Expedia) they would not change dates. So we never stayed & will be staying in another place next week when we will be in town. They were paid & had space but refused to accommodate us

It was not very clean there were black hairs in the bathroom and the ceiling was falling apart. There were stains on the sheets and the curtains. They also deactivated our key before our stay was over. The pool was dirty and so was the hot tub.

We were on a quiet floor, but we overheard others complaining about late-night disturbances in the hallway outside their rooms.

The overall place was fine and mostly clean. We had an issue with our comforter having blood stains and other stains on it. We reached out twice asking them to please bring us a new one. The first time they just gave us sheets which was at least something. The 2nd time we never got anything and just had to use the extra sheets. They didn't say why they couldn't replace it and they didn't apologize for the comforter being in the state it was.

Check in personnel were very accommodating. We had booked a King bed, but were assigned a room with two queen beds. Notified the front desk and the night clerk reassigned a room with a king bed. Breakfast choices were very good.

Right off the I-15 freeway and in a business park. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
Complaints:The pillows were a bit sad though. Smaller than standard sized. There was evidence of water damage due to lack of quality repairs to the ceiling and floors. The floor was actually soft in some parts and I considered that to be a safety hazard and a liability to the hotel for potential injuries that could result from twisting ankles. Also, the hotel common areas were not ADA friendly. There was no evidence of braille and it was a bit difficult to find the button of the elevator on the main floor in the midst of the rock wall and further away from elevator doors.

I was going to arrive after midnight and wanted the staff to know I'd be very late. I reserved a king bed, they put me in a double queen. I went to complain, and they said I had the last room available. I asked if I could change to a king the next night and they said, "yes." The next day they said that they didn't have a king size room and what was the problem with the double queen! I had to express that is not what I ordered. They acquiesce and got me a King with an air conditioner that worked.

We asked for a late check out and they gave us until noon. The housekeeping manager then managed to knock twice and each time told her front desk said we can have an hour additional until 12 noon. She then began calling my wife a b**** in Spanish to the other house keeper. Unprofessional!

We stayed here for 4 days and it was good. I like the indoor spa and pool. The breakfast has not much to offer. The chair from our room might need to be fixed.

The stay was fine. Our only complaint was the air conditioner. It was terribly loud so when it turn off and on it woke us up.
A ceiling fan would have been helpful. Otherwise the stay was good
