All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!

Overall, very nice resort that was family oriented. The food was just mediocre - most dishes lacked flavor and the variety could have been better.

Lovely 4 Star hotel, air conditioning provides a nice chill during the mid day sun. Decor very nice and very clean, the room smell nice and are over two floors with beds provided in both. The only negative whilst checking bed sheets in one of the beds a crockroach crawled out of the sheets - this probably happened whilst the room was being aired or came in with the sheets. The breakfast is good but dishes could be cleaned.

The resort is beautiful and the room was gorgeous (we had a 2-level with a kitchen, which was nice even though we went with AI). The food at the buffet was delicious with a lot of options, I would have preferred an a la mode restaurant on site for some variety, but what is there is excellent. The activities staff are wonderful (all the staff were wonderful, actually!), but the games room was lacking (broken machines, missing billiards balls, etc.). Easy to get a lounge chair. Well appointed amenities. Overall, it was a perfectly relaxing holiday. I would certainly go back.

The property itself was great, clean and comfortable beds and good facilities. The rooms were huge and well equipped with self catering needs. The location of the hotel was quiet and only a walking distance into Playa de las Americas. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Fantastic covid safe stay with a huge 2 storey apartment with a balcony on each floor. We had such a lovely time we extended our stay by 3 days and the hotel gve a great deal and ensured we could keep the same apartment

Nice hotel complex with apartments however not great for sharing for more than 2 people. The extra beds in the open plan living room are very comfortable and a lack of space to use them and store luggage as well. Avoid all inclusive deal as the food is not very good.

Not for us. Great for kids, teenagers and families. Not for the middle aged and older. No Porters and we had to climb 62 stairs to get to our room. Room was great. A/C inadequate, might as well not been there. Room No 23. Too many Sunbeds crammed around 2 small pools, far too claustrophobic for us, awful! Food could have been much better. Staff were awesome.

Not for us, a middle aged couple, very well travelled. Just too many kids and families for us. Two small pools with Sunbeds crammed around them, awful. Food could have been better but could have been worse. Room was up 62 steps and no Porters!! Not good when you’re nearly 60. Staff were brilliant, couldn’t fault them. No complaints with the room, a junior suite with a downstairs bedroom. Far too busy for us but fabulous for families and teenagers.

Decent hotel, the food was lacking in flavour & choice & it’s self service for coffee (maybe I’m just lazy 😂) but everything else was more than I expected for the money we paid. Staff where polite & very helpful 👍

Overall nice hotel. Clean, could always get a lounger by the pool. Good choice of food each day, really enjoyed it and would go back. Only negatives, couldn't get a clean pool towel every day and wasn't advised of having to book the shower room on our last day as we had a late checkout.

The hotel is kept clean continuously from the rooms to the public areas. The AI package provided a good variety of food but the AI drinks stop at 23.00 which is bit too early for anyone wishing to stay on the premises for the entire night. Sun loungers were available throughout our stay. The free shuttle service to the mall and Siam Park was a great addition as part of the stay but would be better if there was a later return from the mall and if there was an additional pick up/drop off for Siam Park.

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness, location, hotel design/layout, food, entertainment... everything was wobderful. the split layer accomodation was a massive success for us as the kids (15&11) enjoyed the feeling mum and dad weren't on top of them and mum and dad loved having space from them! Can't recommend this property highly enough. Would definitely visit again without hesitation

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff especially pepe at reception couldnt do enough for you. Loved the big rooms on 2 levels. Food was lovely with more than enough to choose from. It was also great that they didnt allow guests to reserve sun loungers before 10am.

For Bed and breakfast basis, food quality was first class.
The local area is a good 30-40 mon walk from central. 6/8 Euro taxi. Something I was aware of before booking, so no issue.

Very good resort- excels in cleanliness, pool facilities and good quality accommodation. Dinner and breakfast offer good variety and spread ( somewhat limited for vegetarians, but chef kindly addressed our needs well)
We will be happy to return again.
The only real downside to be aware of is that once you have used up the hot water for shower for 2 people back to back, it takes a good 20-30 min to get reheated..

Nice hotel, staff very accommodating and happy to go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. Food was nice but could increase their vegetarian options. Climbing the 60 odd steps to get to the room and back was difficult and the only way to get a room nearer to the pool or restaurant was to pay more.

we just returned from a few days in the sun. the hotel is lovely, lots of entertainment during the day as well as evening. staff is very friendly, attentive - a special thanks to Pepe at reception! food is very good, have stayed in other all inclusive hotels before, but the quality and choice we got here was second to none. although we travelled as a couple, we would be happy to return and bring the children along. I am sure they will enjoy it as well.

Had a lovely relaxing all inclusive holiday here within walking distance to whatever takes your fancy gran oasis resort is beautiful and pictures really do not do it justice staff work so hard and are extremely welcoming would love to return in the future

Went to Gran Oasis Resort for a four day long weekend to celebrate my best friends 50th! We were greeted with smiles from all the staff and a bottle of champagne in the room as I had e-mailed the hotel to say it was a special occasion! We also had another bottle of champagne with our evening meal and a few of the staff arrived at the table with a cake and sang "Happy Birthday" to her!! The resort is kept clean and the room(in our case the apartment) was ideal with everything as expected! We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with absolutely no complaints at all!! Wish we had stayed longer, weather was amazing for end of February! What a way to spend a few days! Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable!

The place is nice and clean and well equipped, no complaints but the food was fantastic everyday great salad freshly cooked meats and a good selection. This applied for breakfast lunch and dinner.
We were a group of 4 males from 28-39 yrs and were holidaying to hit the clubs and relax. This hotel was great for that as it's a quiet family/couple place but only a €6 taco ride to Veronica's strip.

Appartments were a good size and on two levels which kept the bedroom cooler (lower floor). Kitchen well equipped and clean. Staff extremely helpful and multilingual. All round a great holiday - would definitely go back.

We had a 2 bedroomed apartment that overlooked the golf course with fabulous views towards the sea also We were room onl but do know others were staying at the hotel with very competitive all inclusive packages Taxi were plentiful if you didn't fancy the 15 min walk into town
