Great location! Clean, tidy, and comfortable room. Very friendly staff.

No air conditioning available and it was quite warm. The only way to get air was to open the windows, which required opening the curtains as well, so at night all the light and noise from the parking lot came into the room. See photos. My room was not serviced, even though Housekeeping came by at 14.10 while I was on the phone and said they would come back in 30 minutes. I spent the entire afternoon and evening out of my room so I wouldn’t get in their way, and was disappointed to find nothing had been done. The key sensor on my door was iffy. When I asked Reception to try a new card to make sure the key itself wasn’t the problem, they implied it was my own fault, that they had just adjusted the doors. Even a passing maintenance man was unable to let me in with his passkey (my key worked eventually). This may be why my room wasn’t serviced, but no one told me. In all I was quite disappointed. This is a wonderful location, but the clientele is not considered.

Lovely staff but a horrifically overpriced breakfast and tired rooms. €40 for a self serve machine coffee & a sachet of bought in museli, for two. Not even a waiter in sight. The room had a great view, but was small and the white pleather touches were very strange and the “comfortable” chair was extremely worn and dirty. The building is pretty drab from the outside.

I have been back to this hotel many times. It is always a pleasure to stay there. The front desk staff are exceptional.

Disappointing for the price paid. Extremely small room that despite being advertised as a room with an ocean view, it only had a glimpse of ir. Service was mediocre. Would not come back.

The room was quite small for the price... I paid for an upgrade... was not worth it. The view was awseome. The bed was small but comfortable. There was a funky smell in the room like backed up sewage pipes. Parking is offsite but next to hotel... paid €19 for the day.

I loved the location of the hotel. Also, the service was friendly and very accommodating. Emma and Floran at the front desk were so kind. Would definitely return!

Great location, rooms are clean and nice, overall a good price.

The location was really great! Close to everything, the restaurants, the beach and the shops. (La Fayette across the road). The standard rooms were ok for the price, but I didn’t like that the toilet & the bathroom are separated. The cleaning staff were nice but the reception staff could have been a bit nicer & more service minded. Also the hotel should provide masks. Would have been nice with a gym too. Breakfast didn’t have many choice but was good.

Location very fine. Computersystem Down for 3 full days. We didn’t Get a key for our room for 3 days!! Had to ask the reception to assist US every time. NOT a 4 STAR hotel.

Great location. The sheets and bedding are very low quality and the towels were thin and had never been washed (new and left lint everywhere). We asked for new towels, but they were never delivered.

Biarritz and the Cotes Basque are beautiful. The hotel is well placed, staff excellent and room very comfy.

The hotel is a great location with modern decor, clean and close to the beach. The staff were helpful and everything was within easy walking distance.

It was our first visit to Biarritz we found all we expected it to be. The beaches were lovely walking along the promenade was a joy.

Stayed two nights, perfectly o.k., not a 'family' hotel, functional, clean and fit for our purpose.
