Clean room

The reviews and pictures made this hotel appear to be a good options though it was higher price than we wanted to pay. But since the location and reviews seemed to be good, we went ahead with a booking. When we checked in there was another couple ahead of us who were experiencing difficulty checking in. The front desk worker was able to get us checked in pretty smoothly. Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed a strong dog smell. There were not enough towels and washcloths for our group of 4. There was also no bath mat, tissues, or linens for the sofa bed. I went back down to the desk to request the needed linens and towels and see about changing rooms. When I got back down to the lobby, the other couple was back after having been given a room that was already occupied. There were given a new room and left. There was also a line of other people who had arrived in the meantime. I waited for a while for everyone to get checked in then I asked for the linens.The same couple came back a 3rd time asking for a different room because they did not have the correct beds that they had reserved in that new room and wanted to get what they paid for. They were given another room. I decided not to ask for a room change, afraid we might also have trouble getting another room without further complications. While I waited in the lobby, I notice that the tile floors were in need to mopping and the halls in need of vacuuming in addition to our room. Would not stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Beds were okay. Everyone who worked there was very nice. Bathroom needs a remodel. Shower rod and been fixed and looked like it may have been ripped off the wall previously. NO fan in the bathroom. That’s a big problem when traveling with 3 grown boys/men. Nothing was so bad that I wouldn’t stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Checked In late in the evening so we knew the property wouldn’t have much staff. The room was dirty, shower was dirty, sink was dirty. We had 6 people in our room and only 2 towels. They had no pillows for our pullout bed. The bathroom floor was black, literally left the bottom of your feet and towel rug black on the bottom. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were comfortable but the uncleanliness was hard to get past.

Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast was great. Black mold in the shower. Stayed 3 nights and had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and clean towels. Beds very comfortable and quiet in the hallways.

Well, first of all, there was absolutely no Toilet Paper in my room!!! Nor, was there in the community restroom downstairs! 1000% Awful!!! Second of all, my Truck was broken into! Sure, not your fault buttttt!!! I highly recommend cameras that encompass the entire property!!! Very Weak performance!!! Yep, my relationship with IHG is over!!!!

I was billed twice through Expedia and Holiday Inn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
