This Hotel is a gem . Beautiful surroundings . Staff are lovely , friendly and helpful . Food is great, something for everyone. Uk Channels on TV, BBC1, BBC2, ITV 1, C4, C5.

It's a really good place for those that are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Many of the islands main attractions are a short drive away. I would stay here again.

Everything was just perfect!

Great swimming pool and spa and gym facilities. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. On the entertainment side we would have preferred if it had started later in the evening say 9pm rather than 730pm or 8pm. Also 3 out of 7 nights the entertainment was just a person playing an instrument - we would have preferred more singing performances.

Absolutely amazing Couldn’t fault this place We never return to the same place… but here I think we would. Would love a pool bar snack menu..

This hotel was a little gem and surpassed our expectations. Brilliant service from happy friendly staff, great entertainment every evening and a few mornings classical guitar performances at breakfast, aqua gym and yoga free to join, and a few surprises different every day one day free ice cream another free sangria. Our room was really gorgeous spotlessly clean great shower and international tv channels, we also had a private garden with sun beds and a jacuzzi, as well as another two sunbeds at the front of the bungalow. It’s an all bungalow adult complex arranged to give maximum privacy. Great pool with a 20 metre swimming lane roped off, sauna, steam room, gym, and another small rooftop pool. Very relaxed vibe with music playing by the pool all day. We will definitely rebook our 4 night stay felt like 2 weeks rest.

The resort the best managed I have experienced for a long time. The staff were the most helpful, professional and friendly, from the reception to thr restaurant. The gym is great with lots of equipment, pool has swim lanes. Thanks Vecela to have make my stay special!

This was our 2nd time back and the level of service to quality of facilities a year later hadnt dropped in fact theres more to add. When you stay here it really feels like home away from home due to how the at staff treat you. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back many more times

My new favourite place to stay in GC. Having stayed previously at many hotels, including Lopesan etc, I can honestly say this was head and shoulders above the rest! Staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, could not be looked after any better. Pools are heated, sunbeds for everyone, sauna, steam, plunge pool, fantastic gym with great modern equipment. This hotel just had so many small touches that were greatly appreciated! Champagne on arrival, really good explanation of how things work, free shuttle to Maspalomas beach (every 30 mins or so which is incredible). Honestly couldn't find a single fault! We will be back soon!!!

This isn't, and doesn't try to be, a luxury hotel. It is, however, clean friendly and very comfortable. Very helpful staff, no complaints at all from me

The cleanest hotel I gave ever stayed in. Fantastic gym with good music. Super fruendly staff nothing too much trouble. Liads of spacexsround the pool with no towels fown early etc. Great freexsauna and steam room. Lively breakfast and the evening buffet also excellent. Superb.

booked this hotel last minutes & we were not disappointed. Its is a small quiet hotel with lovely helpful staff. the pool is great & has a fully equipped, well used gym. We had been away 7 times this year before we blocked this holiday. We found the food here the best of all the hotels we had stayed in. We are both vegetarian & found plenty of choices. Everything was homemade, even their pasta. The Mushroom Risotto was divine. Entertainment a couple of evenings & voga 3 times a week. The room was a small bungalow style with a patio & garden furniture. If you fancy a quiet holiday, with excellent food & lovely accommodation, then you will not be disappointed. This complex is a 30 minute (flat) walk from the beach & shopping area. The hotel runs a free shuttle service.

Junior Suite - 10/10. Ok size, clean and extremely quiet. Right next to the pool, with own sunbeds. Decent range of TV channels and a good sized fridge. Would ask for this room again. Bathroom - 10/10. Clean with a decent shower. Bed - 10/10. Very comfy. WiFi - 10/10. Worked perfectly and all throughout the resort. Gym - 10/10. Superbly equipped. Certainly good enough for most gym goers. Pool - 10/10. Heated 25m pool. Excellent condition. Separate lane for those wishing to do lengths. Spa - 10/10. Didn’t pay for any treatments, but there was a lovely separate spa pool with various jets/pipes/bubbles etc! Quality sauna and steam room too. Staff - 10/10. ALL staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Meals - 10/10. Stayed half-board and both breakfast and dinner were excellent with great variety and quality. Food was extremely fresh and regularly replenished. Entertainment - 8/10. Evening entertainment was generally good - some performances betters then others. Hotel - 10/10. Just perfect. Small to medium size resort meant that it never felt busy. Immaculately looked after. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice location, but not too much around nearby (so recommend going half-board). About 20 mins walk to Maspalomas beach. All we wanted to do here was chill for a week and that we did. We don’t usually return to the same place, but for Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa we will gladly make an exception.

Fantastic hotel. Relaxing, great service with best staff ever. Very personal and nice. We travel a lot and this hotel is one of the best if you want to relax. Pool area is clean and very very nice.

We had a great stay. I travel several times a year, but we usually don´t take all inclusive hotels because the food all feels the same after a few days. The food in this hotel was great. The staff we also great. They not only did their job, but they did their best to make you feel special. Another good thing was the shows at night. A variety of musicians and styles that entertained every evening. We had a bungalow that was a little bit to one side, which meant that it was very quiet and private. All in all we had a great stay.

I cant express how much I like this place. What a fantastic unique place it was. So clean, the amazing staff, the cool bungalows, the vibe. Gonna come back for sure! This place is a 5 star. As I love traveling, I wish all hotels had the same unique thing as this place or least half of it. Thank you!

Great stay, nice rooms and quiet place. Location is a bit far out, it takes you 20min to walk down to the beach. But they do offer free shuttle during the day. Very few restaurants besides the one at the hotel, but breakfast and dinner at hotel was very good. Staff did their best to accomodate guest needs considering food, drinks and corona restrictions. Nice gym and pool area. We had a car, and parking was no problem. Will recommend this hotel if you have a car, do not want to party every night and like a small, quiet hotell.

Check-in painless. Room as shown in marketing, clean, modern & un-jaded. Bath/shower rooms (indoor & outdoor) clean, modern, well kempt & mould-free. Housekeeping staff friendly & unobtrusive while doing a good job, including ensuring a slow draining sink was addressed without being asked. Shared pool area as shown in marketing, clean & quiet. Restaurant/entertainment staff attentive, charming & friendly without being intrusive. Half-board food options unspectacular but perfectly adequate with enough variety to ensure differing tastes were satisfied. Wi-Fi perfect in room, flaky around pool. Other amenities such as Spa not leveraged. Other guests pleasant & civil, no kids (as promised), no unwarranted noise & pleasantly only came across 1 vaper on 1 day in communal areas.

Absolutely Amazing! I have never seen such attentive staff in a 4star hotel - trylu amazing. You almost never had to ask the waiters for anything, they always were there to help you. The food is amazing too - always fresh and tasty. We will definately come back!

Really lovely hotel with cute apartment style houses and a fab buffet breakfast. Loved the entertainment too especially Jukebox heroes and The Dukes Band!

Lovely place to stay. Staff so friendly and helpful. Despite being in lock down due to Covid 19 after only 2 nights stay the resort team could of not been more helpful. Only went out on our first day for a walk. About 30 mins to Yambo centre for restaurants and shops. Plenty of the usual restaurants in a holiday resort to choose from. We took advantage of the evening meal special offer while at Club Maspalomas. Buffet style 3 course meal. Plenty of choice and food was lovely. Fantastic swimming pool with dedicated swimming lane. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Spa pool nice and warm with views over the complex. Stayed in 1 bed junior suite. Very nice appt . Could do with more wardrobe space as it’s very limited only around 12 coat hangers. Fortunately I always pack a few of my own, but hanging rail very small. Small fridge, tea and coffee facilities and daily maid service. Pool towels supplied Highly recommend, would defiantly go again. Relaxing Mums week away

A beautiful complex all round! Friendly efficient staff - easy to see they liked working there! All on the flat so excellent for mobility requirements. The cleanliness was amazing - we could see painters tipping up as guests left! Great facilities in the room, pool, bar and restaurant- and a beautiful spa with access to the pool area for everyone! The food was high quality and freshly cooked! Plenty of choice for everyone. Comfy beds, lovely linen, kettle in the room - we didn’t want to leave. But we’ll be back!
