Very noisy- right on the fwy.otherwise great place

The hotel was fine. We had a comfortable stay and breakfast was only continental. The major factor was the hot tub. I asked one of the managers to turn it up for us because it was cold and we got into it. Other than that it was pleasant. I would mention one other maintenance issue the railing on the tub. The spa is coming off. It’s off the ground. It’s not submitted or bolted down
That could present a huge risk of injury

Had a nice stay here with the family. PROS: Rooms were clean and updated. Front desk was very friendly and fast service. Jacuzzi was also nice for the kids with a great ambiance.
CONS: jacuzzi was not very hot. Not sure if they had just filled it or something but it was just warm, still was nice to sit in it for a while though.
Pillows are very lumpy. Every single pillow. Lumps. Definitely consider bringing a pillow if you can. Or just use a literal brick

Hotel staff was great, hot tub wasnt hot, beds a little to low but comfortable. Better amenities then some of the more expensive motels. Overall good experience. I would stay again.

Our stay was great. Simple fast check in, very clean, modern rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I only wish you they hD a real hot breakfast. To me what they had should have been called a “continental breakfast”.

The hotel looked nice enough and the room was fine but the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room talking all night and every footstep on the floor above us. The toilet kept running all night and the AC woke us up every time it turned on because it was so loud.
The breakfast buffet is crammed. It's such a small area that you hardly have room to stand in line to get food, options were very limited.

Besides getting stuck in the elevator with my three children and nobody apologizing or acknowledging the situation our stay was fine.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly hence reasonable. I am not really comfortable giving a negative review
Main reason why we requested a early check out was because residents were noted using and smoking weed etc.
In addition to this we would have preferred a hot cooked breakfast
I do not wish this review to be made public as staff were helpful and accommodating and manager keen to make the necessary changes

There was bugs in our room alive and dead surrounding the bathroom as well as the front door. The water was also yellow when first turning on the water. The highest manager of the property was no where to be found and we were being helped by Octavio Cruz he was the only good experience at this hotel.

Breakfast wasn’t great compared to other places, some of the service wasn’t friendly. Our window didn’t have a screen on it so we couldn’t open the window because we didn’t want insects coming in our room but at the same time air conditioning was super loud that it was hard to sleep. I was supposed to have a queen bed but it was more like a full size

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast options were the normal continental breakfast items. The location was convenient for us and had several dining options around it. Would definitely stay here again.
