Another fabulous stay at the Coral California, lovely apartment, clean and the best beds in Tenerife!

I had a studio room. It was a very good size. Has BBC, ITV, Sky News on the TV. Shower room is a good size. Supermarket across the street offers a really good range. Room cleaned 5 days out of 7. 2 lifts to all floors. Plentiful loungers by the pool, never went without. Friendly staff behind the pool bar/reception. Beach short walk away. No kids = peace!
Door lock is a bit iffy! Safe is old style with key, would’ve preferred combo lock but no big deal. Laminate flooring on each floor (outside apartments) has seen better days and is all bleached by the sun!

First time here and could not fault it. Had a ground floor apartment looking on to pool area which was great. Powerful shower and kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, cooker etc. Comfy beds and ceiling fan. Pool area nice and chilled... the beauty of adults only and no screaming kids. Think we were the only english people here but that was not an issue at all. Hiper dino supermarket literally right opposite the complex which sells everything you could need at reasonable prices. Weather was 26 degrees which was a real bonus too... will definately be back.

Arrived to our accommodation to be told they had a burst water pipe and we were accommodated in their sister Hotel down the road.
Cannot comment on the facilities at this premises as a result.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and fresh towels and linen were provided everyday. Great location and would recommend Coral California to others.

Room had everything you could need and was very clean. Shower and view from balcony was good. Bed and pillows could be improved but was ok. WIFI was extra but as advised. Plenty of parking which is important if you hire a car as it a busy area

Apt/hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Ideal for self catering and location was central with plenty of restaurants and pubs within a minute’s walk , also had access to main bus routes on the doorstep. Would recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely apartment, with an incredible view of the volcano. Excellent service from the lovely staff, thank you to Anita, Emily and Daniel and everyone else for being so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel really nice for the price you pay. Rooms really clean. Pool area could do with more beds. Please don't eat from the bar at the hotel entrance. Top Bar is the name, got food from here and there was a hair in it. Complained and got no where.

Ok however €20 for wifi €20 for iron ect plus i booked apartment with double bed and i had 2 single beds me and my girlfriend no aircon was available just hire of a fan staff very friendly and hotel clean and pool area busy ect

Excellent central location, close enough to everything without being in the middle of it, as a regular visitor to the island I have stayed have numerous places, this was the 1st time in this hotel but best praise I can give is, it won't be the last, this was also the comment of other guests we met there.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the place is spotless, top to bottom, maids were in every other day, rooms were well equipped and spacious, pool area was clean and well laid out.
We got a great deal on this hotel which turned out to be an absolute bargain!

Arrived late and staff insisted we pay a deposit even though wed booked and paid through Expedia. This was refunded the next day. Had to pay ten euros to hire a very basic hairdryer for three days which seemed a rip off. Also charged for the safe! But overall nice hotel in good location.

Lovely hotel, worth every penny! Small kitchen in the apartment was great! Great view from the balcony! We are a couple in our 20s and most of the other guests where in there 60s or 70s but it didn't matter, it was nice and quiet. Close to restaurants and beach! Would recommend!

The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and decorated with modern furnishings. They had lovely fitted wardrobes with mirrored, full-length doors. The staff were helpful and friendly (without being over-bearing!), which was great! The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach and Veronicas strip (if youre interested in a night of heavy drinking and dancing). The only negative for myself and my travel companion was the fact the hotel was occupied mainly by couples, especially of the older generations (we are early 20s), but other than that, we couldnt fault it! Very happy.

No problems, staff very helpful and nice with it, clean and tidy. The Pool area was well looked after and good depth to swim and most people would be about to stand up in all of it.

Apartments were well maintained and clean. The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes walk from both the beach and the strip. If hiring a car, you'll have to park it outside on the street in one of the bays - the hotel car park is apparently only for employees. Other than that, there were no problems with the hotel, and I'd recommend it.

The hotel was not very impressive. All together, there were three of us going on holiday to tenerife and so we kind of expected at least two rooms. We found the entire apartment consisted of ONLY TWO rooms and that includes the toilet. There were only two beds and one sofa-bed, which was very displeasing. The apartment felt cramped and depressing. On holiday you should want to go back to your apartment and chill out, but i hated it and felt depressed every time we returned to it. The pool was fine but it was a bit noisy at night. The bar/restaraunt was not very appealing so we ate outside everyday. The morning staff were fine but the guy doing the graveyard shift was absolutely useless. We got locked outside our apartment one night and he just told us to wait till the morning. So we had to climb round our neighbours balcony. How embaressing!!! Overall, a disaster.

Our stay at Apartamentos California was very good. The whole experiance was extremely good value for money. The check-in was very informative, riendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the location was also very good!As a couple on a budget we were very satisfied.
