One of the best hotels that I stayed in the last year. The staff are very lovely and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. Nice location. Complimentary breakfast with many options and free parking. 10/10

The weather was amazing. The tram serving Augsburg is just around the corner. The Hotel has a nice restaurant with local cuisine and amazing beer and wine. The breakfast buffet was more than pleasing.

There is no A/C and the window opened into a courtyard where people came to smoke. We were there only at night and on second floor, but it was a job opening and closing the window in order to cool the room off before we could sleep. They only use duvets on the bed—no sheets on top or blanket which made it warmer. Took our box of Kleenexes when they cleaned, too.

Had a hanging bridge above property and although lit of improvements are being made the hotel and very nice restaurant are in a beautiful setting with many activities in the area. Rooms were clean and nice as was restaurant facility

Very friendly staff,very helpful. Rooms were quite hot but windows open if you don’t mind leaving them opened.Went to restaurant downstairs , was good. Breakfast was good too. Restaurant across was good also

Nice hotel. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice dinner restaurant in the hotel and across the street. Easy parking. Rooms can be warm as there is no air conditioning. Would stay again.

A nice hotell in a small town close to the Autobahn, easy to park, a good and large room. Perfect for a quit sleep over for the next day.

Exceeded my expectations. Clean, bathroom basically new, foc parking, 3 Restaurants across the street. Very friendly staff at check in and out. Breakfast good and wide selection. Would come back.

Breakfast was yummy and the restaurant had a nice menu and good food. Parking was a little tight, but free. Catch a movie and get an ice cream across the street.

This hotel was very nice. It located a bit far from downtown but we went car so no problem. ( about 15min or so) Free parking and elevator was really helpful for us. The room was enough big and breakfast was nice. Perfect.

As in the Tina Turners song: simply the best. Everything was so good, so it is impossible to emphasize specific things. In spite that there is a coffee machine at the breakfast room I was asked whether I would like a filter coffee. Just a personal touch.The hotel is located in the suburb, a bit away from the center of Augsburg, but if you have a car, it is a matter of 10-15 minutes and you are in the center. Definitely will stay again if I am around !!

We stayed here to be close to family. It was centrally located for us and worked out wonderful. Hotel staff were great. Breakfast was awesome! Nights were warm without AC but that is the German way. None of our family have AC. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was great, in a small town near Munich and Augsburg. Cost was very reasonable. All stores were closed on Sunday, so did impact trip - true for all of Bavaria. However, hotel restaurant was great. Great service and breakfast buffet.

Very well located in a surprisingly pleasant town with a beautiful altstadt. The room was outstanding and the staff were very helpful when organising trains and there was a computer where we could use the Internet gratis in the lobby.

Everyone at Hotel Zeller was very friendly and helpful. Traveling out of the country can sometimes be challenging but everyone at the hotel was very helpful, spent time talking to us, giving us directions and suggesting places to go and things to do. We spend two nights there and would stay there again.

The staff at Hotel Zeller was fantastic. They help me with an attachment for my power converter and also let me store my luggage until 4pm my last day. They spoke excellant English and could not do enough to make our stay one to remember. The breakfast was included in the price and it had a full array of items and taste great. I would give them Four Stars instead of three.
