Place was very roomy. Built in 2006 and is planning on renovating but was the nicest out of the 3 places we stayed the last 3 nights. Complaint: the toilet would have the tank fill up about every hour. So it needed some work.

The AC in our room did not work right and when we could get it to turn on it was so loud we had to turn ot off. Overall hotel was excellent though. Third floor "internet cafe" had a massage chair! Laundry machines were free although we did not use them.

The clerk at the desk had a lot of trouble checking us in and hinted that it was somehow our fault. I found out the next morning that he was mistaken and I didn't appreciate his insinuation. Breakfast was acceptable. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Our toilet was still dirty. We had zero counter space in our bathroom. We ended up using the ironing board. Maybe this was because it was a handicap room. We didn’t request this room.

Excellent hotel…nice staff, amenities, breakfast buffet and room. We had a suite which was great for our party of four. Highly recommend and would stay there again…we were sorry we were only passing through for one night!

Not sure why birthday parties are part of the hotel experience. Party over 30 by the pool with a bunch of kids eating hot Cheetos in the water, adults drinking beer and blasting music - they were there 2-10 at night . Man from party even got in the pool with his clothes on to cool off ! Not sure infection control would handle cleaning that pool after that !
I call front office multiple time to discuss but then guy kept putting me on hold and wouldn’t pick up. I called from my room because I didn’t want anyone from the party to know it was me since I had my family with me and there were intoxicated. My family missed out on enjoying the pool because of this which is extremely upsetting . If parties were to be kept at a minimum and followed guidelines that only hotel guest could use pool then I wouldn’t have nothing to complain about-

The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The room was clean enough, however it was dated compared to the outside of the hotel and the smell in the room reminded me of dead rodent being covered by air freshener. Not a pleasing smell to fall asleep or wake up to. Hopefully just a fluke but I will look for a different place to stay my next time through Las Cruces…too many other better options.

Utensil sets in the kitchen were incomplete. There was not enough room to expand the sofa bed. Staybridge Suits in Los Angeles and Phoenix were larger and much more comfortable. I would give overall 2 out of 5 for Las Cruces facility.

Hotel was very clean and majority of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast staff wasn’t very nice and seemed bugged when you asked for things as most items were not refilled. Breakfast times are also confusing front desk tells you one thing but signs posted say something different but overall it was a wonderful hotel to stay in

We went for a NewMexico state football camp with our family. Everyone was helpful! Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was very delicious! Definitely we will stay again here!

This was the best service that I have had at a hotel in years. Everything is clean and well kept. Hours for check out, breakfast, social hour are all generous. Breakfast was an 8/10 only becuase allergen friendly food options were a bit limited. They were so nice that when I told them we were going to White Sands, they had sleds we could borrow at no charge.

Open the breakfast earlier. I had already suggested that my previous stay because we come for tournaments and we stay here to take advantage of the breakfast that is served but when you don’t open until 730 it is very inconvenient

No ice machine, no USB ports, weekend breakfast was too late (7:30) and there wasn’t even coffee earlier than that. Inconvenient location of trash can so had to move it to get dolly with luggage in the hotel. The light on the desk was shorting out which was kind of scary. The heater didn’t work and no extra blanket in room. Little to no hot water. Incidentals hold was made to my card and upon checkout was told it would be 3 weeks for it to come off. Stacks of garbage outside of room near elevator.

This hotel surprised me with how clean, accommodating, and how large the rooms were. It definitely felt like a 4 star hotel experience for us! The breakfast was stellar. Thank you Gabe (the manager on duty) for your help and friendliness. Keep up the great work!

I was in room 103. There was light bulb they had not been replaced in kitchen ceiling and the lights above the bathroom sink the bulbs were completely missing. So only gave a good rating due to missing bulbs.
