The Spa facilities are superb and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable

This hotel was really nice. Personnel was friendly and opened to help me and my wife (about parking, how to get to ski resorts, additional ordering of dinners, earlier accommodation, providing info about ski passes, etc..). In overall breakfast and dinners were good. An only thing that I was not 100% fine about was a size of whirlpool ( four people can be there ideally) and saunas ( there were low & high temperature saunas in the hotel). In overall, it was a nice place but accommodation was slightly expensive comparing to services to be offered

Hotel very convenient for ski bus. Overall the stay was very good, staff pleasant, attentive and very helpful. On the downside there were Minimum toiletries in the bedroom and pillows on bed very uncomfortable.

Great experience. Only issue was not having a mini bar in the room.

the hotel was amazing. in the center of everyting like activities and restaurants. it was provided with all what you need as a traveler . the staff were friendly and helpful,. but the most amazing part about the hotel is the view!!! I can't even tell you how great it was! the breakfast was nice with a variety of food! I would defently visit it again

We really enjoyed the stay here. Booking in was quick, pleasant and efficient and we were soon in our room at the front of the hotel. The room had a huge balcony and had magnificent views towards the mountains beside Zell-am-See. There was a good selection at breakfast and there was plenty of food even at the end of service. The hotel is easy walking distance of the centre of Kaprun and for skiers the bus to Kitzsteinhorn stopped almost opposite.

Travelling with two young children we were looking for a comfortable and well equipped hotel close to the slopes. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. The food was excellent with a vast selection for breakfast and a high standard 3 course meal for dinner. The facilities at the hotel were also very good with a wellness suite offering sauna, whirlpool, relaxation areas and outdoor heated pool all available for no extra charge. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable - our only criticism being that the decor was a bit tired and dated. But all in all an excellent base for skiing - we would certainly recommend to other families and will look to return ourselves in future years.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself, was typically Austrian and very clean. There were three of us staying and our room was an adequate size, although our balcony was very small (struggled to get three of us seated), and was in desperate need of updating. The food was very tasty and there was lots of choice. We will certainly be going back there.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was comfortable and ski bus stop to slopes was about 50m away. The spa and heated outdoor pool was most enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection.

With temps 36C need air conditioning in room. Fan not sufficient. Had a miserable nights sleep as room very warm! Everything else was OUTSTANDING!
